Since the untimely death of his parents, Junhong's life has done nothing but drag on. Even the memories of his bright and extraordinary childhood can't keep him grounded. He's alone. Completely alone. However, in an attempt to brighten things up, he rents a strange book from the library. What that book brings into his house isn't something he ever could have imagined. It brings turmoil, stress and uncertainty. But most of all, it brings adventure. 

Yoo Youngjae had the best parents. They occasionally let him drink, they didn't pressure him to get the best grades (although he did anyway), they didn't force him to socialise if he wanted to stay in and read, they even let him stay out until eleven pm on a school night! They only had one rule; he was never, ever, allowed to date a boy. Youngjae never questioned why; he figured it was because they were homophobes
