Oh SM....Here we go again

Okay guys my mind is all over the place right now after reading all the about SM taking action against Kris and Luhan and this is honestly just my opinion....

First of all:

WHAT THE SM???? REALLY YOU GUYS ARE GONNA TAKE ING ACTION AGAINST LUHAN AND KRIS???? LIKE NOW??? IN THE MIDST OF EVERYTHING???!!!!!

Secondly:

Yes I agree that SM has a vaild point.... that both Kris and Luhan violated contract rights...that even though they are still under the agency they are promoting as individuals in China. I also agree with the part that they did put alot of time and effort in getting EXO to where they are now, but what I don't agree about the fact that Kris(yifan) and Luhan used SM to get popular and then just head to China.  Plus I did read some other perspective's which stated a valid point, it's not really Kris and Luhan's fault for promoting now...it's probably their agencies because they thought that the lawyers would be able to handle all this contract ....so it's their agent's and manager's fault for not telling Kris and Luhan for not playing low key for a while....Plus Kris and Luhan are not following the contract...they wanna break it which is why they took it court and that is the only way the could leave SM properly.

Also: SM is gonna file a lawsuit against Luhan and his team but they are not gonna let kris off the hook...as they are gonna block all his further activities...

Like seriously??? Does SM have the power to do that??!! I don't know it's like SM is trying to take revenge on how Kris backed out two days before the concert and Luhan did during the tour....like Seriously SM???? ugh my mind is killing me!!!

 

Anyways....I don't know about you guys I'm still on Kris and Luhan's side even though SM has made some valid points and yes they did put a lot of money , time and effort on EXO...but not everyone was happy.... yes we are thinking if they weren't happy why did they join in the first place. Sometimes you don't know the outcome of your actions...and that has what happened to kris and luhan.....they weren't feeling comfortable despite everything...which is why they left....and i don't think oh it was a good choie or bad choice....I'm thinking of it in a way as it was Kris' choice or it was Luhan's choice....

P.S. When I saw your post I thought someone else filed a lawsuit. I was like "NOOOOO NOT AGAIN!!!" But thankfully not!

Meh~ Don't worry about SM trying to -block KrisHan. IT WILL NEVER WORK. CHINA IS HUGE. SM CAN'T CONTROL CHINA, JUST HAVE POWER OVER THAT "HAPPY CAMP" SHOW.
Apparently, KrisHan are showing up at an event together and may even perform as one ^_^
SM's been sending threats to China, but China aren't listening is what I heard hahahaha. Isn't that like throwing a flaming torch in SM's face?
We've kinda seen that China don't favor SM via that 'they don't understand' / 'we have 4 Chinese members' controversy from back in the day. China is on KrisHan's side.
Luhan is singing OST's and Kris has bagged 4 movies. Tbh, this is all SM's fault for not letting their artists some rest, and leave space for growth. If SM let them treated them a bit better, they wouldn't have to do this. Who wants the stress of a lawsuit?

they're not trying to ruin they're career or anything,but it's just based on facts. They are still under SM and they go round doing this? You don't send in a lawsuit and go round doing what you want to! Maybe if they waited,this wouldn't happen. It's good that they're standing up for themselves,but i wished they waited so none of this would happen. Glad that SM is doing something right,feel sry for Luhan & Kris at the same time though

I do agree with the fact SM is no taking action. However when Hangeng was in his lawsuit, he didn't appear in the Chinese Media for sometime until afterwards. Lohan and Kris both jumped the gun. So in business terms, SM has my vote because they are still technically signed on to SM. I've also read about "why aren't they are filing a lawsuit on Jessica?". In Jessica's case she was kicked out of the group. When you are kicked out of the group you are still in contract with the company. Morally and Ethically it is wrong; however on the business aspects of it SM is playing it smart by filing a lawsuit now when Luhan and Kris are both at the height of their post EXO careers. I do believe the court will side with Luhan and Kris but the business will be sided to SM.

of course i am with our dear Kris and Luhan...
i mean until when will SM get the up straight and let those two go because they are doing so much better on their own...
although they have stated their point it is still unfair to let Kris and Luhan being bounded with 'unfinished business'... they kept on failing to reach an agreement...
and what is it that SM actually want from those two? Don`t they get it? Kris and Luhan will not coming back to that stupid company...

I know the feeling girl! At first I was like SM LEAVE THEM ALONE AT LEAST NOW!!
And then I was like ...yeah you kinda have a point....BUT IT'S YOUR FREAKING FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!
I seriously dunno what to think lol :P
