Homeless on Guam

Hello readers! This is my reflection for my English Class and I'm posting this here because it's required for me to post it publicly. ><

Homeless in Guam

In my experience with this kind of predicament, It’s a first for me because my focus weren’t entirely on the Society but for my education and teenage life. But now that it is what we’re talking about in class, and I needed Service Hours; I was able to learn more about it. When I go out with my family for a dinner out, I see people on the streets and It does catch my attention from time to time. I did feel sorry. I know I haven’t done many for Community Service, I wasn’t able to donate things for them to use out there. Because I, myself is having financial problems. I did my best I can with my partner Jasmine. We didn’t have enough time due to our hectic schedule such as projects, exams, from other classes.

Honestly, Jasmine have done more effort into it. She told me what to do and I followed like she was the leader. We both needed the Service Hours because we were lacking and we are desparate. But other than Service Hours, we felt glad and content that we did our part in helping the Homeless people. I just hope someday that I’m able to do more, because I love the feel of it. When I help people out.
