long distance relationship.  something which i never imagined in my wildest dreams that i would be involved in.  i mean, two ppl being thousands km apart.  can't see each other, can touch each other....   u don't know what he is doing in his part of the world.  will he be dining with another girl?  is he for real?  does he mean what he says? etc etc.   but since u are in your part of the world, so it's either you trust him or you don't.  coz there's nothing you can do.  but then, really hate the part that you have to wait for his reply or return your call.  i mean, if both of you live close to each other, you can at least head to his place and see if he's still alive.  but now that you both are thousands km apart, you just can't hop on a plane and fly over there to knock on his door.  so, all you can do is to wait.  wait for him to reply your text or return your call.  during this waiting, you will, inevitably, worry about a thousand things.  what is he doing?  is he sick?  busy at work?  why isn't he answering your calls, replying your text?  is he with someone else?  you start to question him, worst of all, you start to question yourself.  is it something you said?  is it that you gave him pressure?  is it becoz you are far far away and can't help him with his ual needs?  so and so....   really hate this feeling.  maybe should just give up or should never get your hopes up.  no expectation then no disappointment.

but then, the heart often does the opposite of what your head tells you.  your heart just beat for him.  what can you do?  ai...........
