Noah is a total sweetheart, really kind and considerate. He is truely a gentleman towards women, young and old, being polite and respectful. Towards guys, he is a total bro, while still being respectable and kind. What you see of him is what you get, he doesn't try to be something he's not and he wants everyone to understand how genuine he really is.  He has that "southern hospitality" to him that he was raised around. He also extremely dedicated and puts 110% into everything he does and you can easily see that by the way he acts and by the way he trains. His persona makes him a real charmer in variety and the noonas can never get enough of him. He's also unbelievably caring and will make a constant effort to show appreciation towards his fans and towarsd others. Noah is also rather playful. He will lightheartedly tease his friends and fellow members and isn't afraid to be goofy. This playfulness makes him interactive while performing or on variety and often gets positive responses.

At the same time however, Noah does have his negatives. He can be extremely harsh on himself. After his scandal for example, he was constantly beating himself up as if it was all really his fault. He's not good with coping with his struggles and problems, so he tends to ignore them. He figures that by ignoring his problems they will no longer exist- which can sometimes make them develop into a bigger issue. Noah is also a really "go with the flow" guy, which is easily seen by how he just let his prior company walk all over him like they did. This also means that he doesn't stand up for himself. Although he has no problem speaking his mind in the defense of others, when it comes to himself he would rather just stay out of it as to not make matters worse. Despite not being able to take care of himself, Noah is an independent person, often found in the practice room alone, going on lonesome adventures to the gym or a bar, or just spending some time alone. Of course this trait also comes with the fact that he doesn't like help from others because it makes him feel incapable and weak.

"It's overwhelming to think there might be somebody out there just like us..."

Noah's parents met in Los Angeles, California when they were both on a study abroad program for their school. Although they were there for different reasons, Iseul there for a business internship and KyungSoon there to study dance and perform. They somehow crossed paths, learning that KyungSoon attended a smaller fine arts school near Iseul's own University. They started talking and then dating. They began to plan their future together, and after Iseul got his degree (KyungSoon got hers too, but she graduated early), they moved back to LA to start a life together. Iseul enrolled at a university to get his MBA in America, and KyungSoon enrolled herself to pursue the English language (in which she already had a love for back in Korea) and searched for a studio to teach at.

They got married within a few months living in their little LA appartment and at age 20, KyungSoon was pregnant with HyunShik (Noah). She admired the name Noah and wanted her son to help people during great floods and spread rainbows. (cheesey, but hey you do you, right?) KyungSoon put her dreams on hold to raise her new dream and start a family. Once Iseul got his masters, he was offered a job in Atlanta, Georgia, so the new family packed up their bags and moved across the country. They were able to find a studio/appartment complex so KyungSoon could open her own dance studio and they could pay for it in joint with the rent. Noah picked up dancing at a young age watching his mother teach dance classes in the studio. He joined dance classes when he was old enough and was always the only boy in the classes. the older girls loved the cute little bugger

When he was old enough to go into school, he was put into an independent school, the same one that Eric Nam attended. During his time at school he studied hard and continued to practice dance. This brought his mother and him extremely close. When Noah was in elementary, KyungSoon recieved news that she probably wouldn't be able to have another child. Despite this, Iseul and KyungSoon tried time and time again to see if they could get the slight possibility of a positive result. After years of trying, they moved on with the fact that it might never happen, and that they have a kick-arse son anyways. Noah knew at a young age that he would never have sibilings, and was able to accept that and understand his mother's feelings.

He matured quite fast for his age, becoming quite a gentleman, and a ladies man at that. As some of his friends were starting to get girlfriends, he thought he needed to step up his game. And what other way to get the ladies then to sing? Noah had a pretty nice voice to his own surprise and joined the school's chior. Although he only had one serious girlfriend in school, and serious was never that serious. In 2011 he graduated school and heard news of a global audition for a South Korean entertainment company. His father happened to have a business trip to that area at the time, and offered to take him. This was the first time his father really stepped in to take a part in helping Noah achieve his dreams unlike his mothers constant support. He passed the audition and was quickly flown out to South Korea to start training.

Entertainment Background —

"I hear the crowds beneath me. I’m wishing they could reach me..."

Noah, was signed in late 2011 under a company that would prefer to remain nameless. [if you want you can pick a company of your choice or keep them nameless] He was the hot new trainee on the market and was getting quite popular despite not having debuted. He was only a trainee there for a couple of months until he was quickly released due to rumors of him getting one of the female trainees pregnant. There was no conformation nor denial of the rumor by either the company nor Noah, so it still remains a mystery. 

"...But I’m ‘on top of the world’, Up here I’m dying alone..."

After he was released, it was stated that none of the female trainees were pregnant. The rumors than changed to he got a fan pregnant, he had a secret girlfriend who he got pregnant, that he was married, that he had a kid already, and the list goes on. He never said anything reguarding any of it however. This started more suspicions that he started the scandal himself in order to get out of his contract with said agency, but that has also not been confirmed or denied. There were other suspicions that the company made up the rumor because he was drawing too much attention away from their current groups. No body knows the truth, not even Noah, but he just took it as a sign that he wasn't ment to be in the industry.

He was just about ready to pack his bags and move back to America to attend University when he got a call from SC Entertainment who wanted him to come and audition. Although hesitant to try again, he came in later that same week and passed his audition with flying colors. He has been a trainee at SC for about 3 years now and is just waiting to actually get a fair chance in the industry. He now has a more clean-cut image and tries to be as genuine as possible to make people look past the so-called "past".

He's super polite and kind to everyone around him, especially women, to make sure he comes across as he really is and not who he was labeled as. While a total teddy bear in person, on the dance floor he is nothing short of a beast. No wonder SC scouted him because he can put people TO SHAME. Even though he loves dancing and will break it down with the biggest, cheeseiest grin on his face, he will share the spotlight. He also has a nice low voice for all that fun vocal stuff, although he's not as passionate about it as he is his dancing (nor is he as good at it as he is dancing).

Wendy is a little ball of sunshine, super outgoing, bright, and refreshing. Her smile can light up a room and she makes everyone happy when she's around. She likes to do everything to her best ability and walk into things with a positive mind (Which is what she's been trying to do with Noah, but she keeps getting psyched out by the scandal. This is why she keeps trying to give him a shot despite the fact that she will never let it work.) She's really chill and loves to make people happy. She wants everyone to smile and be happy. 

"... And you could be the one that I come home to..."

At the same time she is super sensitive and soft-hearted. Wheter it's watching a sad movie or hearing something sad, she is easily affected by it. This is also difficult for Noah's title. It's a shame because Noah fits her ideal type to a T, "someone respectful, caring, and is pretty when they laugh(smiles brightly and looks innocent)", but it will never work out, since she can't see past his scandal. She's a simple girl with a big heart and loves everything and everyone.

First meeting — 

"...I could be your everything, you know that I'll never change..."

They first met backstage at a music show in which he was genuinely sweet as she was herself. It was just a brief introduction and she thought he was cute and visa versa and they kinda smiled to themselves. Shortly after the fact, her manager ran up to her and scolded her for associating herself with him due to his "background". Wendy never knew anything of the scandal and thus was surprised and almost hurt by the fact that he said hello. 

 

relationship/interactions —

"... I need you to feel the same way to make it out okay..."

Although they got started off on the wrong foot, Wendy and Noah had kind of an unspoken attraction to each other. Even though Wendy was hesitant, they started to see each other in super duper duper private. Although almost every meeting would end up in Wendy leaving in tears because of something Noah did to "provoke" her. (which was all accidental- like him sitting a little too close for comfort, accidentally touching her absolutely anywhere like the elbow or something idk, holding her in a protective mannor as he would his sister in a shocking/scary situation, inviting her over for dinner, holding a door open for her, offering her his jacket if she is cold, etc.) She more so kept getting psyched out by the scandal rumors than see him doing anything wrong because lets be honest, he's doing some genuinely nice things that any girl would want. 

"... Every night I hope and pray I could find the words to say..."

This continued on for several months, countless nights ending in tears and excessive drinking. This lead to a sensitive Wendy being questioned in the dorms in which she'd have to lie about her dog at home dying or spraining her ankle. It would also result in a drunk Noah cursing at himself under his breath and blaming himself for the prior events. Despite this all, they kept trying to make it work. He kept trying his hardest to be as gentlemanly as possible, but it got to the point that he would barely look her way and she would just break down, as if he was doing something wrong. At that point he just let her go because it wasn't even worth trying. 

 

Ending —

"... Think about you everyday..."

After many and many more chances for things to work out, Noah just stopped trying to pursue her. They went without talking for a long time, and whenever they would see each other backstage or something they would just have this awkward, silent confrontation. Little did Wendy know, SC and Noah were fighting a court battle backstage to try to prove him innocent since the scandal was slowly eating away at him. Two years later, they were finally able to prove him innocent and Wendy approached him, appologizing for the way she acted and they began to build a hearty friendship.

I just read the app of Min Daewon and I just have to say that if our characters are both chosen I'd LOVE that Daniel starts out absolutely hating Noah with a passion because of his scandal and Daniel's passion about fathers walking out on their child (like his own did) and hating him because he believes the scandal to be true, especially becasuse Noah doesn't confirm nor deny the suspicions explicitly. (idk I just thought that would be intersting) but then somehow they can evolve to butting heads often (I could tell that their personalities could clash easily I think) with Daniel in a serious way and Noah in a joking way. This could turn into a playful rivalry or a friendship idk. I think their characters would just interact hilariously idk why. (oh goodness if they had to room together... XD)

—I read on someone else's app that they be on Hello Baby- and I second that motion! That would be so cutee!! (and not going to lie, Noah would be the best appa on that show)
