             To say that Jaehyun isn’t a bit dorky in private would be an understatement. He’s true to himself and that is he is dorky all the time. Constantly laughing and smiling, Aiden is definitely the first to make people feel welcome and break the ice in any situation.  He's very dorky and often claps and laughs a lot. A hard worker, Jaehyun knows what he wants and he goes after it. The young man is charming  to a point and he loves to have fun.  He's dorky but that's his charm. He's geeky, and fun. Jaehyun takes it to the max, with constant references to pop culture and style. He knows he's dorky and he flaunts it.

     Jaehyun was always taught to be courteous and helpful to people around him, since one would never knwo when that help may bring itself around. As an ESTJ (Myers Briggs Typology Test: Extravert, Sensing, Thinking, Judging), Jaehyun thrives on order and continuity. Being extraverted, his focus involves organization of people, which translates into supervision. He is content to enforce "the rules," often dictated by tradition or handed down from a higher authority. He has a tendecy to seek out like-minded companions in clubs, civic groups, churches and other service organizations. Service, the tangible expression of responsibility, is another key focus for ESTJs. He loves to provide and to receive good service.
 

       Not only is he a people person, but he's also very goal oriented. He strives to get things done and that totally goes his way or it doesn't. When it doesn't, he doesn't depress over it, since it's pointless and it's not going to get him anywhere.

        Jaehyun is very classy and he knows what to say to girls to charm them. It's a skill that he picked up from his father. Good looks and good manners run in the family.  Jaehyun is considered to be a flower boy but he is not. His dorkiness sometimes takes away from that charming classy aura he exudes  and it's often come back to Jaehyun that he should work on his charisma.   Since good looks run in the family, Jaehyun is vain. Not as vain as his father, but still pretty vain. He does have those moments that he thinks that he's better than anyone else. He dresses very stylishly convinced that people will love and admire you if you dress well, if you look good. 

        Not only is he a bit vain, Jaehyun is also incredibly stubborn. Being a stubborn stubborn boy, he will always try his best to think of his friends first whenever they are around, and even when they aren't because he truly cares for them. He is very impulsive and will do whatever comes to mind before thinking about it. He is extremely funny and even though at times he is quiet he still knows how to have fun. Adding onto that vanity, subborness, is Jaehyun's indecisiveness. He will ages to make up his mind completely, often changing it several times before he actually decides. But then he ends up second guessing himself constantly.

{"I hate that I love you so.."}

               Natalie (Sunhwa) Lee and Carter King met in college. At Columbia University, Natalie was the Korean exchange student from Seoul and Carter, back then, was the womanizing playboy art student. At the time, in 1984, it was never expected that the two would end up married, since back then, they hated each other to no end. Natalie thought Carter vain and conceited and Carter thought Natalie to be a goody two shoes.
       
            The thing that changed their relationship from enemies, to sort of awkward friends was a night when the couple was stuck together in a cabin on a winter arts retreat. Carter and Natalie made an attempt at getting to know each other, finding out that they had so many things in common. So, for what would end up being told as their first date, Carter invited Natalie to a Van Gogh exhibit at the National Art Gallery.

         In 1985, the couple was dating steadily and she was his muse. For the first time in his life, Carter was committed to one woman. In October of 1986, they were engaged and there was intention to wait to marry for a year or so, however, Natalie found out she was pregnant in November of 1986. The familes quickly rushed to prepare a wedding so Natalie and Carter were married in January of 1987. At the time, Natalie was in her 4th month of pregnancy.

        On June 15, a week early, Carter and Natalie met their son and they named him Aiden in honour of Carter's grandfather. Aiden grew fast and by the age of 5, he was considered a vocal prodigy. As his mother said he could sing before he could talk. While living in New York, Natalie enrolled Aiden into a music school to nurture that talent of singing and he excelled in that school, finding that he wanted to do that. At the age of ten though, he realized that he didn't want to sing anymore but he feared telling his parents because he knew that they would disappointed. During this time, also, Aiden started chatting with a Jung Hana, becoming fast friends with her.

           The Kings moved to Seoul, South Korea when Aiden was 13, leaving behind friends in New York and moving to Seoul so that Aiden could know his Korean roots. At the age of 14, a year later, he met  Kyuhyun in school that he wento to. Aiden was no longer interested in music,  but Kyuhyun, who was his Korean tutor, was and they ran into a lot of arguements. At the age of 16, Aiden realized that all he wanted to do with his life. He wanted to manage and be a boss. However, he was indecisive on where and how he should go about it. He never mentioned his dreams to Kyuhyun and after graduation, the former student and tutor drifted completely apart.

         
            At the age of  19,  Aiden enrolled into Seoul National University, pursuing his new passion: Marketing and Management. He entered the College of Business Administration, with high enough marks from high school to earn him a scholarship to pay for part of the tuition.  He didn't have very many friends in college, preferring to socialize with his online friend Hana more so in his free time. At the age of 20, he decided to make a move towards prospective job hunting and he officially legalized his nickname that Korean people called him, Jaehyun, since Aiden was hard for Koreans to say.  Over the course of his four year program at Seoul National, he studied hard so that he could go somewhere in life.

      At the age of 24, he had graduated and his professor had recomemened that he take himself to Entertainment companies, since he had the singing experience and the management degree. He started looking into companies and in July of 2011, he joined Woollim Entertainment as a manager's assistant. He stayed at Woollim for a year and half before leaving and joing TS Entertainment in August of 2012, as an intern in the office. He ran schedules, got coffee and did menial tasks. It frustrated him that he was an intern when he had a degree in management from one of the best universities in Korea.  While, at TS though, he met in person his best friend since ages, Hana. He had told her that he was frustrated but she simply told him to hang on.

       In June of 2013, he was promoted from intern to manager, his degree recognized. However, he had not been given a group to manage, so he was simply helping with SECRET and their promotions. Jaehyun felt as though he was recognized, he was not in the ideal sitaution and he spent months deliberating with himself, deciding whether he should make his own company and get his own name out there. Remaining with TS, for  a while longer would be more ideal for him while he made plans.

     In January of 2014, he brought the idea to Hana who had immediately agreed with the idea that he should start his own company. So, slowly, Jaehyun began plans for LJ Entertainment, using his degree to the max. LJ Entertainment was to be massive and the plan was rocking so far.
 

SM GROUP » Girl's Generation +Jessica
Why » To get one of the top girl groups in Korea into his future compnay and as a starter group would be a real booster to the company image. Girl's Generation rocked the charts while he was in college and he had always listened to them. However, after Jessica's departure, they faced some fan backlash and some fan hate, so Jaehyun wants to bring Girl's Generation back to all nine and make them rock the industry once again as OT9.

Why »  Jaehyun saw the potential in EXO when they first debuted in 2012. Despite the long teaser period, Jaehyun wondered what else was EXO capable of.  As SM kept on holding back some members, Jaehyun realized that he could take this boyband to the max. While EXO faced lawsuits, and after the CEO's were arrested, Jaehyun already came up with a good song that EXO can make a comeback with as OT12.

Best Friend | Zinger / Jung Hana | Main Rapper - SECRET | shy, cute, charismatic, fun
     Jaehyun and Hana go way back. Initially friends online, since they were actually penpals before they met in person. He told her all his worries and she, in return, did the same. They met in person when Jaehyun joined TS Entertainment as an intern in the offices, getting coffee, running schedules to the respective managers and basically being the errand boy for CEO Kim Tae Song.  He had to bring a schedule to SECRET's manager and so, he was shocked at seeing his online friend as part of the girl group. They reconnected very fast and got super close. Jaehyun can tell her everything that is on his mind and he knows that she won't  judge him.

       Yuri and Jaehyun are  two years apart in age. They have a close oppa/dongsaeng relationship that started when Jaehyun made a move on SM after the CEO's were arrested. He had met Yuri while exploring the company and she offered to show him around. Jaehyun has a bit of a crush on Yuri and the only person who knows is Hana.

         There’s only one word to describe Cho Kyuhyun in a nutshell and that is evil. A constant smirk adorns his lips and he likes to tease everyone around him. As a gamer, he’s brash, witty and a bit crude, refusing to take losing or game over seriously. He has a must- win attitude towards everything. As a person, he’s cool, and devilishly handsome. He likes to tease people and doesn’t really care if his taunts go too far. He enjoys flirting with pretty girls. Kyuhyun, however, is extremely hard working and works hard to get something that he put his mind to. He doesn’t give up easily and instead, stubbornly pushes himself harder to get what he wants.

      Kyuhyun is a singer and a variety idol through and through. With his soft voice and snarky tongue, Kyuhyun won over fangirls everywhere and his singing skills are rather unmatched. He is a vocal performer, showing his all in Immortal Songs and as a lead in several musicals like Three Musketeers, Catch Me If You Can, and Singing in the Rain. His variety side goes from his MCing gigs and apperances on shows like Happy Together 3, Weekly Idol and Hello Conselor.  Overall, he's a snarky, evil, cute and funny young man who loves his job, his life and all his friends.

       Kyuhyun and Jaehyun met in high school. Kyuhyun was Jaehyun's Korean tutor. They were fairly close but they drifted apart, having never dated or socialized with each other outside of the tutoring.  They meet again at SM Entertainment when Jaehyun comes to scout groups for his company and TS. He sees Kyuhyun in the recording booth while Yuri is showing him around.
