Jinho tends to put other people before himself, therefore most times doesn't pay enough attention towards the things he needs or should do. He always sticks to his word because of this many people trust him and ask him for help or advice when needed, he is willing to spend time with people to help them even if he is busy. Also respects other peoples opinions even if he doesn't agree with them as well he gives space to others when felt is needed. As he works with many different people trainees, staff and groups he has to be very sociable so because of this he slightly changes the way he acts to suit the people he is with. Being strict but lenient with the trainees, tough and thorough with groups and mature but jokey with the staff. Jinho's very thorough with most things especially when it comes to dancing and routines, he tries to toughen group work by having the members the most in sync as possible and takes great care in details and specifics. Jin also as well as dancing is thorough in most things with many details be it paper work, gaming or talking. He is good at working with others as he is very sociable this makes him more cooperative and friendly then some of the other staff.

Once he is focused on something especially a new thing that he likes or helping others, he will tend to pay all his attention to it. So may end up spending more time then intended too on what he is focused on, with this he tends to forget to do a lot of small things like to have main meals on time, drink plenty of water and return texts if he doesn't do it straight away. Most times others have to remind him about these things this is why he always has alarms set on his phone for important events so he doesn't forget.
As Jinho was once a trainee he is regretful that he didn't get the chance to debut and that he wasn't good enough with his singing/rap, this is why he always feel slightly envious when he's with the people that have, even tho he loves being a choreographer a small part of him wishes he had that chance and was a idol. He always tries his best to encourage the trainee's as he doesn't want them to end up with the same feelings.

Trivia: Almost became an idol, Won many dance trophies in school, Leader of his school dance troop, was called Legion X with 6 members. Only talks to one member of his old troop. Always liked Boa/s dance routines especilly the powerful ones e.g Eat you up. Produced and helped with many of Infinite's dance routines, and Tohearts debut choreography. Xinho was his stagename but never got to use as he didn't debut.

From about the age of five Jinho has always had a strong passion when it comes to dancing. He always used it as his special skill or way to show of in front of others, many were impressed with the skill he had but other were either jealous or thought they could do better. At the age of 13 created to dance troop with 4 other people in his class called it legion X. Started to enter competitions 6 months later won first trophy at the age of 14. Just after a new transfer student joined the troop bringing the total number of members to 6. The group became quite successful in there area until they all left school and ended the group.

At the age of 17 auditioned for Star Empire entertainment and got accepted, never made it to debut but stayed on with the company till the age of 23 teaching other trainees dance and choreography skills. Later applied to become a choreographer at woollim entertainment making it successfully. For the next 6 years helped teach trainees dance and came up with many routines mostly for infinite. When Wollim and SM merged he began to have more contact with there company, even came up with the routine for toheart with an sm chorographer. As a chorographer he is friends with mostly dancers of different group's, so became considerably close to sm dancers especially shindong after the two company's merged.

Why » As Jinho is very good friends with shindong and Eunhyuk also  knows most of the members from meeting them at practices. He tries to help them through this situation by trying to find a company that will suit/be good for them. Even tho trying to find a company for these unique characters is difficult he tries his best to do so, believing they deserve a good company to call home.

Why » Jinho has worked with Key before on ToHeart's choreography, so knows him fairly well and the other members came and supported them so knows them as well. He tries to help them chose the right company for them out of the many offers they have.

personality » To most Boa can seem quite Scary as a big sunbae but the opposite could be said as she's quite a quiet bubbly person. Just like any other person she just wants to have fun with the people she is close too but with many schedules it can sometime be impossible. A lot of the time she is quite lonely as she finds it hard to find a good partner but for now sticks with her to best friends Go Ara and Lee Yeonhee.

how they met/meet » During the merge of the two companies woollim and SM some staff from each company met together there being Boa from SM's side as one of those figures and Jinho from Woollim. Jinho had always been a fan of Boa being of a similar age and admired her dance a lot so during that meeting he kept making small glances at her luckily no one noticed. A few weeks later after the merge Toheart were having there debut and where learning the dance routine at SM, by chance Boa was walking along the corridor as he was leaving the practice room. Jinho introduced himself to her as one of the main choreographers at woollim and told her about him admiring her performances to which she thanked him. Since then they have seen each other two or three times each with a simple conversation before continuing there day.
