personality: strict/caring/understanding/reliable

Hyejin tries to get along with who ever she meets at the company especially the staff, she can easily adapt her personallity to fit in with others this makes her well liked with most people. She will take her time to listen and help others if they are in need but does not open up about her problems to others as she fears that she will waste there time. Hyejin is not to pleased when others tend to stick them self to her as she is not used to a lot of physical contact.

interaction: The girls find it easy approach Hyejin as she trys to look after them as best as she can. This is because she too wanted to be trainee but was never good enough, so she helps the others to fulfill there dreams what ever ways she can. When during working hours she may come across as a bit strict but this is only when elder's or other company staff are there, when they are not she is just like there best friend trying to help and understand them.

background: Hyejin grew up with her mother, father and half brother, hyejin and yunho have the same mother but different dad's this is why there are close but not as close as full siblings. hyejin and yunho were very close growing up until he left for seoul to become a trainee so there were a few years when they hardly meet/talked to each other but since hyejin worked at the company they try and make up for the lost years they didn't spend together and became close yet again.

She try's to help them as much as she can not just with training but the basic skills needed in life as she knows that anything can happen to them. As well as being there manager the trainees also see her as there unnie this makes it easier for all of them to get along.
