Junyoung knows what she wants. She knows how to get things to go her way. She goes after things she wants. Junyoung is very hardworking and she adores working to get by in the world. She has been taught from a young age that hard work would bring a fruitful harvest and she lives by that every day. She loves to goof around and have fun, so she isn't all work and no play. Junyoung consdiers herself as a great party planner and likes to throw a party all the time that she's off work, even when she's not supposed to be throwing parties. As she always says though, rules are meant to be broken. Her honesty compels her to tell the truth and she's a valued worker as well as a valued friend. She's a shoulder to lean on and a shoulder to cry on when something is up. Everyone that knows Junyoung well calls her the psychologist because of her listening skills and her honest opinions.

He honest opinions, however, can get a little rude due to her bluntness. She doesn't usually come off as rude but some things she says and the tone she says some things in imply. She's blunt and that has cost her many a friendship. Not a lot of people can deal with her sassy tongue when it decides to come out and play. Despite the fact that she loves to work and is very hardworking, she's also on the lazy side. She doesn't like to overwork herself since she claims it makes her tired afterward. Coming into play with the bluntness and laziness is also her loudness. She loves to have a good time, but Junyoung can't exactly keep that to herself. She has to yell it loudly to make sure that people know that she's the only one having a good time. That constantly loud persona of hers makes her look a bit obnoxiuous.

Han Junyoung was born a smal baby on October 23, 1992 in Seoul to a Korean businessman, Han Juhyeok and a Japanese cook, Ryu Takami. She had one older brother, Han Jaehyun, who was incredibly unhappy about the arrival of another baby. At the time that Junyoung was born, her parents had no idea what sort of powers she had been born with, but Juhyeok had warned his wife, Takami that his grandfather had some sort of abilities and one of their children may have an ability as well. Takami accepted the challene and when Jaehyun was born normal, the breathed a sigh of relief. However, when Junyoung unexpectedly arrived, her parents were very hesitant on her. As a baby, Junyoung was very eager to explore and taste everything. She was a curious baby and she was always bullied by her older brother who was older than her by  two and a half years. Junyoung didn't speak until she turned three and by that time, her parents feared that she was mute. She wasn't very fast on the uptake of things ad Jaehyun took to calling his sister a pabo. She learned how to speak with the help of her mother, Takami, who had quit her job as a cook to take care of her children.

When Junyoung was seven years old, her father Juhyeok got a promotion and the entire family moved to Ryu Takami's home country and home city, Tokyo, Japan. While living there, at the age of 8, Junyoung began developing her powers because items would mysteriously move but at that young age, she had no idea what was happenning. Her father realized right away that Junyoung was the one who had the powers and not her older brother, Jaehyun. Junyoung was scared and she constantly begged her parents to move back to Korea where it was safe (or so it seemed to her).  Her parents kept her as normal as possible, though. She went to school, was bullied by her brother who called her Junbaka. She hated being called that.

At the age of fourteen, Junyoung and Jaehyun were heading home. Jaehyun was teasing her as usual and she was teasing him back. He didn't see the car in front of them, but Junyoung did. Out of pure panic, she moved them to side, but she wasn't fast enough. The car hit her brother's side. He was dead on impact. Junyoung just went into silent shock, realizing what she had done. When her parents found them along with the police, ambulance and witnesses, Junyoung was shaking and crying. From that day on, she tried to keep her power hidden from others but it was really hard. She lost control of her ability so many times, that it got to the point that her father locked her away for the sake of everyone's safety at the age of 19.

At 22, she escaped through the window in her room, and ran away from home, taking with her only the most precious things in her life. She ended up on the streets and then from there, she was found by people and taken to Genesis.
