personality — 

By first glance, no one would guess Min Seo's background in the slightest. She is undoubtably beautiful, even adorned in oversized, hand-me-down sweaters and minimal to no makeup. She is extremely sweet and optimistic, constantly looking on the positive side of enerything. Min Seo tends to sugar coat things to make the current time's struggles seem not as difficult as they are. She is extremely generous and doesn't take things for granted. She takes care of her foster family dearly and looks out for them constantly. She is selfless and would rather put others before herself. 

 

background —
Min Seo knows next to nothing about her past. When her birth mother was pregnant, her father was abroad and  unaware of the child. In the process of giving birth, her mother passed away, making the father reluctant to return back to Korea, only for her to be dead. Min Seo was then adopted by a single, motherly, infertile woman. Over time, the mother and a 12 year old Min Seo decided to turn her home into a foster home to take care of other children in similar situations. Now a family of 8 children, Min Seo is the oldest, constantly looking after her 7 younger siblings and keeping them in her best intersest. She shares her things generously and would rather have the best for them than herself. They are not the wealthiest of families, but they are definately one of the happiest.

— She had never had coffee until she went into the past and met Taekwoon. Coffee is scarce and tea is a cheaper alternative.

— Although lots of people admire her from afar (personality and looks) and everyone knows who she is, she doesn't have many friends. 

— Even though she knows what they have taught her in history class, she feels like knowing it and living it must be completely different.

— All of her clothes are hand me downs, baggy sweaters, oversized blouses worn as dresses, and stuff like that. Reguardless she still manages to look pretty and girly in whatever she wears. (very much like the first picture) 

— Oddly enough, the type of clothing she wears is similar to some of the expensive clothes at "Free People"

— Her Malusdomesticaphobia has no reasoning behind it- she just as an unatural fear of apples.

— Surprisingly, she has never thought of love. All her love goes to her family, and since she's never seen what true love actually looks like it had just never entered her mind (until she met Taekwoon obv)

personality — Taekwoon is a very calm, quiet, chill person. Very go with the flow. He absolutely loves coffee and works as a barista until he gets a "real job". He is a very passionate person aswell. Although he looks intimidating at first, he's actually a really welcoming guy. You just have to get him to open up. He loves animals and kids as well. 

INTERACTION — Taekwoon opened up rather quickly to Min Seo because of her kind appearance and personality. One day when the shop was closed/closing he made coffee for her for the first time and she freaked out because it was so amazing even though it was just a simple cup of coffee. He also took her shopping at one point to buy her some new clothes and treated it like buying her them was nothing. They also just hang out together a lot and with Wonshik sometimes too. 

first meeting — One day Taekwoon was walking his dog down the street and Min Seo got really excited to see such a pretty dog and ran up to it and started fawning over it. Normally Taekwoon would be sightly bothered and shocked by the action but he was excited that she loved his dog as much as he did. She ran off just as quick as she arrived to follow the Travel Club. Then he was working one day and saw her outside the shop and then kept repeatedy seeing her everywhere and was finally like "this ends now" and introduced himself to her. 

background — (starting where things become relevant) Taekwoon and Wonshik became friends at University and decided to live together. Taekwoon has graduated already and is a barista at a coffee shop, while Wonshik is still a student. Taekwoon has a wonderful support system through his parents. They encourage him and help him get his life started. He's of pretty average wealth and is pretty self-reliant. Also has a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

— Taekwoon taking her shopping for new clothes and she's in disbelief and he says it's nothing

— Interactions with Wonshik (little detail- for whatever reason I'm envisioning her seeing Wonshik's MacBook and freaking out and so he just like puts it away, but the next time she visits and meets him, he has the Apple covered up with a ROVIX sticker. Idk just a cute little thing that played out in my head. Oddly specific little detail. idk)

why does she want to time travel? — Just learning about what it was like in the past doesn't satisfy her. She wants to know what life was really like back in the glory days first hand.
