Not long ago, my lovely Luhan filed a lawsuit against SME.

I felt like this was going to happen soon, however I didn't expect it to be this soon, a few days before my birthday! Anyways, I think leaving EXO, well SM, will be for the best. He has been having health problems and SME isn't giving him enough time to recover. I will miss him being in EXO, but I will continue to be an EXO-L. I will support him if he continues to be in the business or in some other business. If SME just treated their artists better maybe they won't lose so much stocks, so much many, etc. And this will greatly reduce the number their former artists suing them. Hopefully Luhan's health will improve and he will feel better soon. I support his choice, not because he's my bias, but because he deserves a break from SME's bs treatment. Still, it would have been nice if SME would just take their artists' feelings, health conditions, etc. in consideration from time to time. And after waiting for their comeback, with Luhan in it of course, there won't be. It will now be OT10 instead of OT12/OT11. If SME continues to do similar things, they will probably be gone in the next half a century or less. Or at least not as big as they are now. I think ending with Luhan leaving EXO is bad enough to end 2014. This year isn't K-POP's year, isn't SME's year, isn't my yeart, etc. From all the years I have been living, 2014 has ranked number 1 on my personal worst year of my life.

This also brought up some racist things. I was researching it and there was a website that said what some people thought. All of them said something about not to pick Chinese people anymore or something and how they are only using SM to give them fame and maybe the next will be different, but it will turn out to be the same. Just because the majority (all I think) of artists that sued SME had to be Chinese, that doesn't mean all Chinese people are like that. The main reasons for leaving and suing SM are similar in all/most:

• Health Issues
• Discrimination

Now, think about the 2nd one. Han Geng, Wu Yi Fan, and Lu Han all happen to be Chinese. It seems that Luhan and Kris get along pretty well with their members, though. But that's only from what we see in videos and pictures. We don't know about what really goes on. And now onto health issues. Well for Han Geng it is said that he was given unreasonable penalties for breaking rules and poor treatment. For Kris, it is said that he went to the hospital and that it said that he had some heart condition or disease or something, anyways, the results weren't good. As for Lu Han, well this we should all know. He happened to have bad headaches and there also has been a post somewhere where it said that it was more severe than just bad headaches. And there was picture proof that he mght be severely ill. No. Lu Han does NOT have Ebola. We, the Chinese, are deeply sorry for realizing that SME, or even being a K-POP idol in general, has taken away some of our rights as humans before the others.

Speaking of the hate and racism, if you didn't know, Lee Soo Man's wife just died from cancer around the end of September. They are all saying how Lu Han is backstabbing him. Hello! Soo Man is only the FOUNDER of SME. He is not the CEO! And it isn't Soo Man who is doing this bs to Lu Han, or even the artists in general, but the current CEO who just so happened to be in one of my fanfics that are yet to be started besides the foreword. Yes, I feel bad for Soo Man, his children, and his family. But why are all these antis using this as an excuse to blame Lu Han for "backstabbing" when SME was using Lu Han, or all of their idols, to get money and treating him like garbage.

There also has been a rumor saying that soon the remaining Chinese EXO members, Zi Tao and Yi Xing, will follow suit. And after they leave SME, they will form their own Chinese group. How do I feel about this? Not so great. Why? Well, for starters, we're talking about China here. A country that blocks YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc. A country that has a lot of pollution. A country who's music isn't really .... OMFHG-good (my opinion). And also the language. Poor people who want to learn the language. Ironically, I am an ABC. But if it does happen and they still make it big, then I will be happy for them. However, I still think that it would be better if they sticked with K-POP and just switch to a different agency, ya know? Or they can just become actors, but I hope they still they are safe and healthy in the future. And maybe a miracle will happen and that Luhan will rejoin EXO, but I doubt it.

SME has definetly not learned from Han Geng's lawsuit and they think that just because he withdrawal his appeal, doesn't mean that you won't be sued again. This blog post thing is also sorta out of place, I'm just adding here and there. Each paragraph is about something different, but it all focuses on SME and EXO/Lu Han with some others.

Anyways, I predict plenty of artists continuing to sue SME in the future. And they will most likely use the same group/company as Han Geng, Wu Yi Fan, and Lu Han. And I'm sorry if this was a lot to read.
