I respect his choice, but it is the whole cause of why he is leaving is what people should be upset about.

SM is basically working their employees like dogs, as proven by Luhan's sickness and lack of recovery. If they were being treated right, Luhan would have been back after a complete weeks rest. Now we are seeing him resulting to nullifying his contract in order to get his health back, which should not need to happen at all. 

There are also other reasons why he is leaving. He wants to go and live with his parents. That is understandable, but if he is using that as an excuse for filing a law suit, it shows how little freedom EXO has. They clearly are receiving so little breaks Luhan can't make the 3-4 hour journey back home. That is ridiculous. 

SM has been a complete botch this year, but now they have clearly gone way too far. Although they are celebrities,  they are human beings too and should not be deprived of the right to take care of their health and wellbeing all because they are bound by a legal contract. This is exactly what happens when all people think about is money, and not about the welfare of other people involved.

I hope YG and JYP will never become something like this or else it proves the K-Pop music industry is full of nothing but slave - drivers. We already have one company already acknowledged as one, we don't need any others to contribute to this mess.
