I think I have the translation, sorta

"He loves me, he loves me not" (?)

Saranghanda ani nal sarang an handa~

I think it means I love you. No, don't love me. Or something like that because it could be he but there's no indication in the sentence that it means he...maybe in context but I could be wrong. Also the 아니 in the middle would mean no and not in a verb form so there's have to be a break to say no
