this section here is where you list the rules or guidelines you have for applicants to know/follow while they fill their app out. including things like what to title the blogpost with their application in it as, to delete all hints in brackets, to keep certain images a certain height, etc. would go here! so a note that this text and the divider below should be deleted before they submit their app is advised, as well.
please note that i've already included some sample application hints in the app itself below so if you don't want to use that i wrote, feel free to delete and replace with your own hints! even just rewording what i wrote is fine too, i don't care. you may also add or remove any sections of the app that you need/don't need, okay?
