Dance. No really, it's very tiring and requires lots of physical activity.

Well first things first, No greasy and junk food in your house. Do not going to Mcdonalds no matter how hungry you are.
I think the main tips would be to cut down your food, drink LOTS of water, and exercise daily.
1. Do NOT cut your food down extremely, it'll only increase your weight. For example, your diet might be a only a banana a day only and a glass of water, sure you're gonna be all like" I'm gonna lose weight faster by this," no stop. don't think that way. It's a diet, not a starvation. You're gonna get hungry, then get tempted, and then go back to way you used to eat.
CUT DOWN YOUR FOOD PORTION BY PORTION. " Eating more often can help you lose weight. When you eat large meals with many hours in between, your metabolism slows down between meals. Having a small meal or snack every 3 to 4 hours keeps your metabolism cranking, so you burn more calories over the course of a day. Several studies have also shown that people who snack regularly eat less at mealtime. " -webmd.com
I also read something about eating and adding more spicy ness into your food-- it kicks up your metabolism making you to also lose more weight. Maybe thats why our girl bias/ guy bias are fit because of the spicy ness of korean food? Kekeke
2. I actually don't know how many glasses of water a person has to drink. It really just depends on your weight and activity level. 3. Exercising you probably know how to do already. Jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, jogging, etc.

You don't need to worry about losing weight yet, just think of HOW ARE YOU GOING TO STOP GROWING TALLER OAO

tip1. excercise every morning or go for a jog.
tip2. drink atleast 3litre water
tip3. eat loads of fruits dnd vegies and natural fruit juices
tip4. stop sticking to AFF till late night..lol I mean have enough sleep.
tip5. avoid eating sugary junk food. the main cause behind our weight is sugar. so no chocolates and ice creams..hehe
tip6. eat almonds and walnuts
