Im guessing red light meant about the red light districts in korea? Idk tbh

And about losing weight, I starve myself so I don't recommend it! Just walk around 30 minutes after a meal everyday and since exercising is boring :

Lock yourself in your room. Play your favourite song. And start dancing nonsensically because that's what I did HAHAHAHAHA

I'm not really helpful about the exercising part…

But yeah I don't get why Kfans are hating over f(x). It's not even that bad. And it's catchy. Ay ay its a red light~

I'm not sure if this would work for you, but gradually I cut down a few calories in my meals. In the morning, I drank milk and a sandwich with ham, lettuce, and cheese. For lunch, I would eat a salad and something with meat, but with greens as well. For dinner, I'd just eat whatever, but in small amounts. It's not exactly starving yourself because when you exercise your calorie intake will decrease in minimal amounts.
For exercise, I usually walked to the store to get fruit or I'd ask a friend to come running with me two-three times a week.
Motivation isn't that easy to gain, but if you end nights early and wake up at around 7, then you can probably get in a good 30-60 minute run in with some time to stretch and do some other things like pilates/yoga/aerobics.
Since, I do sports, it's easier, but don't stress to much on meals. Exercising is just the main point in losing the weight you want. Maybe search up what your main point of gaining weight is like, leaner legs than I'm sure they'll provide very good information. If you can't find the time then I guess you can try to incorporate some time of exercise when you're about to sleep or waiting for food?
That's the only method I could give, haha.

Ooh, trying to lose weight, huh? Well, school is staring in a couple months so you could try joining a sports team. Do cross country or something. And eat healthy (of course). Get rid of junk food around the house so you aren't tempted.

well, don't starve yourself or anything when wanting to lose weight. ( even though i did that but i regret k ) you could just exercise such as running. but a more fun way is to do pilates. go on youtube and type blogilates. you could lose weight and get toned as well.

Tips to loosing weight? Here I come! XD

Meals:
- Start by getting a healthy breakfast. This gives you the energy to last the whole day and it also jump start your metabolism (as if you were tricking your body into thinking you'd eat that much each time), skipping breakfast will only make you feel hungry during the day and that's never a good thing if you want to loose weight. Your smallest meal should be the last of the day and try not to eat 2 to 3 hours before you go to sleep because your body will not burn those calories, they will automatically become fat.
- Try not to eat until you get full and your stomach aches, but rather until you don't feel hunger anymore.
- Getting a smaller plate helps you eat less of what you wouldn't need because your brain tells you you should finish your plate, whether you are hungry or not (it might be because of survival instinct so you eat what's in front of you or because you don't want to waste). It's always better to start small and get a refill if you need to.

Fat:
- Talking about fat, about 40% of the sugar you ingest is transformed into fatty acids and stocked in your body, so if you want to loose weight, watch the sugar and the fat. ;)

Water:
- Drink a lot of water! Water helps your body evacuate toxins, it helps reduce bloating (when your body begins stocking water because it fears you'll miss some) by telling your body it doesn't have to worry, and it also keeps the feeling of hunger away. Most of the time, the body can't tell you whether you are hungry or thirsty and you will automatically think you need food when you mostly need water. So start by water and work from there.

More in the replies about exercise... XD

Hmmm... well first i know that you should not eat carbohydrates after 6... *although i always break that rule*
And i know from my own personal experience is that you should have a snack in between meals so you wont stuff yourself when the next meal comes... like breakfast snack lunch snack dinner snack. It helps your matabalism as it can process the food. *little fun fact: sumos usually excercise all day and then stuff their face at night.*
Oh and the snack should be something filling but healtht like fruit.

For excercising always have a goal written down *i know that if you write down a goal, you are more likely to do it*
And don't stress yourself out because its been proven that stress is one of the causes of weight gain. Also sleep right on time and get 8 hours of sleep, so you have the energy to excercise. *another fun fact: after you excercise, feel your skin qhere the fat is and if it feels cold, you are burning calories*
Do light excercise at first and then progress later on... like at first just walk to a nearest market, instead of driving. And them later progress it to the second nearest market.
To build up cardio... you could sprint a block and walk/jog a block and do that over and over again.

For the music... netizens are meant to be haters, they are more likely to hate something a lot of people love... or at least thats what i think.

Anyways i hope this helps... if you want anymore advice or such i can help.

lol losing weight? do you need to or is it just a want kind of thing? lol either way, eat normally. if you stop eating you DO lose weight - a LOT in fact, but that's mostly water loss and it looks like you're losing a lot, but you don't lose weight afterwards. So yeah, just eat normally and exercise. And eat small meals throughout the day instead of three main ones. It'll speed up your metabolism since you'll constantly be digesting. As for motivating.
Well.
Let's just say I jog to kpop and basically, if I stop jogging, I turn my music off. Like for me, it's like I NEED to finish the song because it's amazing and I can't stop jogging to it. But then a boring song comes and I just finish jogging OTL.
it's funny how I know all these tips and yet I don't even use most of them LOLOL.

i loved red light i don't get how knetizens don't like it. like the first listen i thought it was a little disjointed but then it grew on me and im singing everywhere omg.

i'm wondering the same thing ;^; i guess since i'm to lazy to do a proper workout, i think you could learn the choreography to your fave kpop song. it's fun and you do exercise x_x someone suggested learning teentop's rocking because it takes lottttssssss of energy to the footwork. but right now i'm trying to learn f(x)'s red light~ lol idek if you like to dance or not :3

http://kpoptimeout.tumblr.com/post/90731047949/k-pop-mv-meanings-f-x-red-light well the meaning behind their mv was that knetizens and media was going to critize them ;^; but fans would stay with them or something~

Well exercising is supposed to make u feel happy because it causes your body to release the hormones that make u happy or something like that. Also as advice, don't eat 3 big meals a day, just take small portions throughout the day. If your family eats rice a lot, try to make your portion of rice smaller.
Well we all have different opinions on the music we like so maybe it's not their style?
