No one should EVER feel the need to apologize consistently because they are in a relationship OTHERS are unhappy with.

Why should someone have to apologize to people because they are happy?? Why should someone have to beg people for forgiveness because they are happy??

The latest scandal in the K-pop World is that Taeyeon from SNSD and Baekhyun from EXO are currently dating and A LOT of fans are unhappy/upset about it. I understand, as a stan of EXO [and a Taeyeon fan], where the upset fans are coming from because I, myself was quite shocked by the news. But in no way or form do i believe that anyone, whether they be famous, idols, or even normal citizens like yourself and I, should EVER have to hide their relationship to keep people/fans happy nor have to apologize to people because they are in a relationship with someone they choose to be with.

Yes, I understand the fact of being a burden or keeping your image because if they choose to hide it for their own well-being then that is their choice, but what's not their choice is when they are hiding their relationship because they no they will lose fans and receive immense amount of hate, verbally or through SNS. Idols we love should feel comfortable with the fact that if their fans found out about their relationship, they would know their fans would be as happy as their idol is with that person. 

I have found more and more, especially around high schools and now the celebrity world, that people are tending to not date or hide their affection or relationship from/with another person. A friend of mine was explaining to me that she didn't like the fact of dating in school because she noticed that a lot of people get involved in the relationship and start to cause drama causing the couples to split. Hearing this has opened up my mind and now that i look back, a lot of couples i know have broken up because of this exact reason. 

I think that we as fans, of not just Korean idols but anyone!, should start to be happy for those who advise us about their relationships and congratulate them with our love and support them no matter what. And hey! I'm not gonna lie I am probably going to be an absolute mess for about a month when I find out my ultimate bias, Chanyeol, is dating. But I know that I will be happy for him and support him because I mean damn, if I started to date someone I would want my friends and family to be happy for me.

And I know not EVERY fan is hating on ByunTae and if you are, I'm sure you have a valid reason, but just remember they as idols have a life behind the cameras too, and they respect us as fans as much as we respect them so lets be happy for them, because I'm sure as hell they would be happy for us if we got into a relationship.

I'm not even a fan of SNSD but I know that they as HUMANS deserve the right to be happy, no matter who they end up with. Because if Baekhyun and Taeyeon make each other happy, then I, as an EXO stan, am happy!
