LOYAL -- Hwaran is definitely one loyal man. He will never betray someone's trust especially those that he hold dear.

CHATTERBOX -- Even though he don't look like it, Hwaran is quite a chatterbox. He loves interacting with other people as it chases away his feeling of being alone and everything. He's definitely no blabbermouth that's for sure, he just like to talk about the things that he found interesting or like to his friends but never once he talks about all those secrets that he has been entrusted by his friends and famillies. But then again his friend and even his love interest thinks that he sometimes talk too much.

SENSITIVE -- Hwaran is also quite sensitive to the extend of people tell him that he's such a girl or a crybaby or moody. He is easily carried away by his own emotions, for an example when he was reading a sad novel, his friend and other people will be able see his tears rolling from his eyes. Hwaran also sometimes could get so angry just because someone offended him by saying something which originally meant for joking only which will definitely make anyone that didn't know him go away or think twice to have him as a friend. He could also just suddenly throwing a fit but definitely not without reason, even though it's such a trivial reason.

DIVA PERSONALITY -- Hwaran have some kind of disease within him... He sometimes could act like such a diva. When most boy or man doesn't even care about how they look Hwaran does pretty much the opposite. He care about what he wears... he's pretty much could be a fashion freak as well, even his female friends ask for his fashion advises and he could even do makeup for his female or male friends as he's used to put on a makeup himself... he's good with it! You could say he tends to stands out from the rest... other people will always be able to spot him even within such a crowded places. Some people who don't know him especially in the male gender thinks of him as a gay due to this personality of him thus keeping their distance from him. "Hey, even during this apocalyptic days one should still have some style" is what Hwaran said to his friends.

DANGEROUS -- His friend could rest in peace as this side is only shown once you have angered him within a certain degree. Even though he's sensitive enough to even get mad just by a simple joke, but at most he'll just ignore you or just use his words, he will never harm anyone except that person has went out of the line. When he's angered he would went berserk until the object of his anger has been disabled. Once his friend saw what he's capable of they will always remind themselves to never angered him to that extend. Not many who has seen this side of him...  He never wanted to show his capability as he had made a promise to his father.

KNOWLEDGEABLE -- Hwaran is quite knowledgeable as well as he loves trying new stuffs that he found. Plenty of his friends asked for his help doing something that they don't know how to do it. Though he never actually do the thing for them, he teached them how to do it instead in hope that they will be able to do it themselves on the future so they don't become someone that doesn't know how to do anything in order to have better chance of surviving in this world

Background:

Hwaran was born from a pair of human couple which is quite obvious actually. His father was quite skilled with martial arts that everyone called as Taekwondo, his bare fist fighting skill was only inferior to a few. Hwaran's father even capable of fighting against a supernatural beings in a hand to hand combat. His reflexes, agility and strength was on the top of the class. But a human was definitely a human... once you're surrounded by a lot of supernatural beings you're done for. This happened when they're on the move to a safer location during an attack by the supernatural to their group location. Hwaran's father stayed behind as he told his wife and Hwaran to run and find a safe place to hold them off. And as expected... Hwaran's father never again showed up in front of them. Before Hwaran's father told them to run he told Hwaran to always have a compassionate heart and to never hurt a human beings as its was time for the to unite not to fight each other. He told Hwaran to protect his mother.

One day during an expedition to find supplies he met with his love interest which goes by the name of Ryu Hyeju. He met her when his expedition group was attacked by another group which came from another group. In intend to fulfill his promise to his father he never once lift his hands to attack them and his role was to be a supporter not a fighter of the group, understanding Hwaran's position, his two best friend Ryu Hwayoung and Ryu Jinki which was quite skilled stepped in but quickly overwhelmed by the number of attackers. And soon both Hwayoung and Jinki were down, badly hurt on the ground.

Being a friend of justice, or so she said she was, she could not stand such a injustice... Hyeju stepped in between Hwaran and those people from the other groups. She said that it was not the time to hurt each other... instead it was the time to be united in order to survive in this hellish world. Her words reminds him of his father's words. She warned them not to continue this act of abomination... but surely she got no good response from them... they even putting those swear words out there and telling her that they will have some "Fun" with her in front of me with me being helpless to do anything.

Hwaran sure were worried about an average build girl stepping up against those attackers which had a very well built body like that, he even intended to step up if the situation worsen. It does got worse... but as he was about to step up the girl showed that she was more than able to handle herself againts those men. She literally took them down fast... Hwaran sure were surprised at what he saw... it was unbelieveable on how a girl with her build could actually manhandled that number of attackers so fast. But unknown to Hwaran that this girl is actually a part of the rebellion which are called "Mortal Savers" and she herself is an Angel. Hwaran only considered that she's a very skilled martial artist.

After that he immediately tried to carry his friends back to the survivor camp that he came from... but what Ryu Hyeju said to him devastated him. She said that she's just came from that survivor camp, and that camp has been decimated by the other supernaturals. As shocked as he was he sprinted towards the camp totally ignoring Ryu Hyeju's warning as she helped both Hwayoung and Jinki. Hwaran ran as fast as he could and reached the camp shortly after that... seeing the camp being destroyed with bodies everywhere he looked for his mother which was still in the camp. He found her... he found his mother... laying there lifelessly with her eyes wide open. Hwaran then kneeled on both of his kneed, closed his mother's eyes and them scream as hard as he could.

Surely his scream drew out the remaining supernaturals around the area for sure... there were 4 supernatural approaching him with the intend to kill. Hwaran then looked at them with a stare so intense that it actually stunted those supernatural for a few moments. After a loud warcry Hwaran charged at them with the intention to kill... he was winning at first, but as expected against 4 supernaturals was too much for him if only it was one on one... He was getting beaten down by the four of them... as Hwaran started to loose his conciousness someone came down from the sky and then lifted him to safety. It was Ryu Hyeju... she saved Hwaran's life by bringing him to this safe location where she put both Hwayoung and Jinki in.

When Hwaran's awake both Hwayoung and Jinki was there, sitting near the camp fire with Ryu Hyeju looking very depressed. They've heard the news of the camp decimation from her that leaving no suvivor except for the three of them. As soon as Hwayoung seen Hwaran sitting up she approached him and give him a hug... and soon her brother as well saying that they're so sorry for what happen with Hwaran's mother. All that Hwaran could do was crying in silence... but even then the supernatural have no intentions of letting him grieve. Soon the sound of footsteps and chatters and monstrous roar closing in... Ryu Hyeju immediately advised us to run now. Hwaran was going to face them head on but blocked by Hwayoung, Jinki and Hyeju... they we need to stay alive to avenge the group... Hwaran need to survive for his mother as it must be his mother last wishes as well. And with that they ran together, fleeing the camp site, and been on the run and constant danger ever since.

After a couple of months running away and fending the supernatural from hurting them Hyeju felt that this was no way for them survive. Yes, Hyeju is a supernatural which enabled her to do better at protecting them but still having so many supernatural to attack Hwaran's group is pretty much a heavy responsibility, even when Hwayoung and Jinki are superb fighters but it was only against another humans. The only person in their group who's actually able to matched the supernatural is Hwaran, as long it was a one on one fight, but due to the number of enemies they have that's not exactly reassuring. There were times where they almost get killed, leaving Hwaran, Jinki and even Hyeju wounded while Hwayoung severly wounded. But luckily they were able to run away and thanks to Hyeju's ability she's making a full recovery. And due to that fact Hyeju decided to seek help from the other Mortal Savers that she has befriended with... Youngjae of B.A.P.

Hwaran met with Hwayoung and Jinki (Twins) when he was six years old. They were fun to be with and always support Hwaran, even at some times they took the blame for him. And because of that Hwaran feels very gratefull and decided that these two will always be his friends, even consider the two as his own brother and sister. The two are among the people that he swore to protect and love for the rest of his life.

Personality:

This girl is one helluva girl that Hwaran get to know. She is courageous and has a very big sense of justice, she could never stand still if there's anyone especially if it's someone that she care suffered from injustice. But she's also quite naive... Due to her sense of justice she sometimes so easy to be manipulated by others for their own benefit. They would just need to appeal to her Just side by saying that they suffered some injustice, which is exactly why Hwaran feels the need to be at her side. She is also one kind girl and academically quite smart, but being academcally smart isn't really indicate that she's also socially smart... she's quite naive due to her being kept save by never letting her go to the outside world. This girl is also loyal to her loved one... she will never betray any of them, as a matter of fact she'll never betray anyone even those who she's just know.
