Ryu Sujin is one outgoing girl who prefer to acts like the boys. She is outgoing enough to earn plenty of likes from her peers boys and girls alike in her University, Busan University. If there's someone new in the class that seems out of his / her elements and can't get along with others... well you will see Sujin will be the first to approach that person and befriend that person which of course soon enough causing that person to be known to her circle of friends.

 

She is also pretty bold, too bold for a girl as a matter of fact. She really couldn't stan bullies, she hates them. If there's someone got bullied she will immediately run to their rescue. Which sometimes causing her trouble of getting called by the dean. And also sometime she is much to bold for her own good, she will just goes diving into the situation without actually taking a good look at it which of course sometimes causing her problems here and there. And those things earned her the title of trouble makers around the campus.

 

Ryu Sujin is also one determined girl, once she has decided to do something she will make sure that it is done. She will not back out from her words and decision which sometimes also considered to be stuborn and hot headed girl. Which of course making her trustworthy to her circle of friends. Her friends will definitely not betray her and so will she... Ryu Sujin really cherish her friends and thus will also be loyal to them and willing to help them if any of them ever get in trouble.

 

She has much confidence in herself that once she put her mind to it that she could do everything that she has decided to do and when succeed she will brag about how well that it went. And that cause quite a few people who don't really know her to consider her arrogant as hell even more when she saw someone else do something where Sujin sure that she's more than capable of doing it better. But then again given her physical and brain's capability she pretty much able to do most everything by herself, so I guess she earned the right to brag a little. 

 

Speaking about her brain capability, she has pretty much your creative average persons' intelectual. She is definitely not one of the genius with the IQ of over 150 out there

Ryu Sujin came of a simple family... her family own this Coffe Shop at the most renowned Tourist Spot, The Haundae Beach. The shop itself is quite successful as there are many tourist and locals visiting their shops making it their regular resting place.

 

Ryu Jihoon, the owner of the Coffe Shop, taking up the role of the Main Chef. His skills with knife and fire control are top tiers as many even the most elite gourmand praises him and will not hesitate to visit again.

 

Kim Seonmi, co-owner of the Coffee Shop, taking up the role of the Pastry Chef. Along with her husband she is also a top tier Pastry Chef in the whole country. Those who claimed to love pastry would definitely at least tasted her handicraft at least once.

 

Ryu Jiyeon, the family maknae, sometimes works at the Shop as a part time waitress as she still a high school student. She's considered to be a beauty which she inhereted from her mother. She is outgoing and quick in making friends with others which of course helps attracting and keeping the customers coming to the shop.

 

Ryu Sujin, taking up the role of the Barista. At first Sujinlearned how to become a barista by herself as she came to like Coffee and want to know about coffee and how to make them properly. Seeing Sujin's interest in Coffee, her mother invites one of her best friend who is a world renowed Barista to help Sujin. 

 

Ryu Sujin had seen someone being killed in front of her when she was still in the Junior High. She witness her best friend died in front of her in order to save her. Even though Sujin have quite a skill in taekwondo she is pretty much has no defence against guns. It happened inside a Convinience Store in her neighborhood which she visited with her best friend Park Sojin.

 

At this one time there's this one person came in to rob the place, due to her high sense of justice she Sujin decided to take an action. She attacked the robber when he distracted and almost succeded, but it turned out the robber brought a friend along which immediately raise his gun to shoot her. But Park Sojin seeing her best friend is going to got shot she immediately went toward Sujin and shielded her with her own body resulting in her being shot. Park Sojin died only a few moments before the ambulance came, since that time she has developed a fear of blood. The robbers themself manage to get away.

To Ryu Sujin family is everything, she is pretty close to her parents and will seek advice on matters that she do not understand. 

 

But she is definitely much closer to her baby sister, Ryu Jiyeon, the only person that she pour her heart out. Despite Jiyeon being the younger one sometimes she will act mature enough to be an older sister for Sujin when she need it. And vice-versa, in time of need Sujin will be the one where Jiyeon will go to if she has any problems. Due to how tomboyish Sujin acts, Jiyeon often call Sujin as oppa rather than eonni.

Park Sojin, she was on cheerful and supportive girl. But she's not always had been that cheerful. Sujin actually met Sojin when she was bullied by a couple of seniors. Due to the seniors status and numbers other people did not have the courage to do anything to help Sojin. But as everyone expected, Sujin came to save the damsel in distress.

 

Park Sojin has this clique of friend on her own, Kim Yura, Bang Minah, and Lee Hyeri which called Girls Day. When they saw Sojin being bullied they tried to help her but ended up being bullied as well. Lee Hyeri the youngest manages to escape from them and called Sujin for help which of course Sujin glad to give when she heard it.

 

Sujin confronted the Bullies and even manages to hurt some of them in the process which of course resulting in her being called to the  dean office. After the event Sujin is practically friends with the members of the clique and Sojin turned out to be her best friend even though Sojin was older than Sujin.

 

Sojin Died in a crazy accident in a place where a robbery took place... She died protecting her best friend, Ryu Sujin.

How did you/will you meet Lee Seongjun »

I meet Lee Seongjun at the coffee shop that my parents owned. 

 

How will he ask you to join him » 

Seongjun will approach me while I'm working at the Coffee Shop. He will asked to talk privately to me and invites me to join him catching this serial killer running lose in Busan. He will say that somehow that he feels that he can trust me and my capabilities will surely be a help in the investiagtion

 

Why do you think he asked you to join him » 

Lee Seongjun asked me to Join him because I think he saw me in action. There was this person who grabbed someone's bag and make a run for it. As I saw it I ran after the thief and managed to catch him and returned the bag to its rightful owner. Seongjun maybe saw that I'm willing to help other people in need and having quite a stamina and fighthing skill despite being a girl, heck he even thought that I'm a boy instead of a girl.

 

How long it takes you to finally accept his request » 

I accept it after a careful consideration over a week time. Not only considering the danger and everything I have to asked permission from my parents to do it as well. They rejected it for the first time, but I guess i managed to convince them to let me join Seongjun if Seongjun will to meet with them to discuss it.

 

Why do you decide to accept his request » 

Because I couldn't stand bullies... A killer is some type of bully as well. A bullying that went terribly wrong. And that Killer roaming around Busan, killing people... Heck I don't want my family to be victims of that bloody Killer. I won't let another Loved ones being killed by anyone!

 

What do you think/feel about being an acidental detective »

I was afraid being a detective that is about to chase and apprehend a serial killer, But I, being the determined person that I am, will follow through.

Jung Jinwoon is pretty much an Easy-Going guy. He is always calm and relaxed no matter how hard and desperate a situation and condition could be. But it's definitely not him being underestimating the current condition or situation, but it is how he always be when he wants to perfom to his best. When a person is calm and relaxed they would be able to think better to produce the best result... That's what Jinwoon is doing.

 

He always able to bring calm to the other as well as his easy-going personality is making it possible to actually smile when the going gets though. And his smile would definitely calm the mind of those in turmoil as he will ascertain that he will bring the solution to their current problem.

 

He is definitely loyal seeing how the he interacts with Lee Seongjun... he will never betray anyone that he consider friend. A quaility that goes a long way for being a good person. he is also determined as once he decided to do something he will do it to the best he could. 

 

Jinwoon also one logical person... he always thinking about the next step of a process and the consequenses of it. Sometimes he use his logical mind way too much that it makes him looked a little bit dense on the emotion departement.

 

First met & impression »

Sujin first impression after Lee SeongJun introduced them is that Jinwoon is quite a charming guy. His has a beautiful smile. But somehow a bit cold as he's not really as outgoing as he looked to be. But somehow when he smiles everything is going to be fine...

 

Jinwoon first impression of Sujin that this girl sure is way too bright, she will be as nosy as hell. When Sujin sees Jinwoon smile to be calming, Jinwoo sees her smile to be energizing! Jinwoon see Sujin is going to be the Battery / Energy of this Team. 

 

Interaction »

At First Jinwoon would definitely keep his distance, yes he will put out a smile but as just a polite gesture. The attraction to her could come because of her physical traits, that's what Jinwoon think.

 

Sujin bright personality somehow atrracting him. Sujin always be the first to initiate contact with Jinsu, whether just asking for something or just saying some nonsense... but somehow those things are able to sparks conversation between Jinwoon and Sujin.

 

Even though they haven't met for long but it somehow feels like that they're best of friends since long, they're quite comfortable with each other. And along those line there are also some sparks going on between them. Both Jinwoon and Sujin would blushed and quickly hiding their face after certain actions are done such as hands accidentally brushed against each other, or Getting caught while looking at each others.

 

Love story » 

It's pretty obvious from how Jinwoon  and Sujin interacts with each other that they are clearly interested with each other. For Jinwoon he doesn't really know what is the meaning of the feeling he has for the girl as he never actually been in love before. As for Sujin, she knows that she is interested in Ryu Jinsu... She know it for quite sometime already. But Sujin are not really sure about how Jinwoon feels because all that he showed to her is somehow just still in friend boundaries... is it not?

 

There is also a factor where Sujin is a girl... It's a world where the man supposed to be showing his feeling first before the girl says it. After asking for some advice and information from Seongjun about Jinwoon, she finally decides to actually put the signs in the most obvious way possible.

 

As for Jinwoon to actually form a hypothesis a person need an actual knowledge about the target matter and as Jinwoon has no experience nor knowledge about Love he's pretty much confused. But Jinsu knows that he wants to be at Sujin's side and protects her from any dangers but that's it... he doesn't know that He is in love with her as well. but that's only lasted until Seongjun feeling annoyed that his closest friend who is good at deduction unable to deduct this one problem and decided to help him.

• Sujin tell everyone about how she got her fear of blood, and then requested everyone help to bring her best friend killer to justice.
• Sujin manages to apprehend Park Sojin's killer and then thanked everyone, especially Jinwoon, for helping her and always supportive.
