When people first see her; "Global Girls' Dew is so rude." "Where are her manners?" Known for her -face and blunt honesty, she has garnered herself quite the character.

The key to her personality is that she is a free spirited. Conformation is her curse. Rules and regulations are made for other people. Restrictions will blow out the creative spark that is ready to flame into life. She must be free and uninhibited. She is a beautiful girl, colorful and flamboyant. An extroverted bundle of energy, gifted and utterly irrepressible, everything she does is on a grand scale, big ideas, ornate gestures, extreme ambitions. However, this behavior is natural and isn't meant for show. Because she is confident, fearless in the face of challenge, she is almost inevitably successful. She usually makes it to the top. Background:

[1994]
She was born on April 11, 1994 in Seoul, South Korea. She is the only child in her family. Her family moved a lot, this is because of her father's job, a former soldier in the U.S. Armed Forces in Korea. But whenever people ask where did she grown up, she will say Puerto Rico as her hometown, since she was raised there the longest. She is a half Korean, through her mother's side and through her father, she is of Puerto Rican- Korean descent. That's explain why her look is more to Korean or does she? She is really close with both of her parent. Growing up, sometimes she do feel like a freak, because she is a mixed unlike almost all the other kids around her  but her parent taught her to ignore others' look and focus on herself. The family moved to Puerto Rico when she was six months old, then moving back to Korea when she was 9 years old.

[2003]
She was discovered at 9 years old in a contest that her older cousin joined; she won the Most Popular Award even though she was not one of the contestants. She made her entertainment debut in a TV commercial for a local biscuit brand in 2003, then began acting in the 2004 film DMZ. She continued to appear on the big screen in films such as Sympathy for Lady Vengeance, All for Love, The Chaser, and Haeundae..

[2006]
She stopped her carreer in Korea for prior to her moving to Puerto Rico. That was after 3 years in Korea, and all of that time her family stayed in army units. She often went to the Puerto Rico Music Centre with her school friends after school. It is a place where teenage bands and even dancing groups do performances. It is a small stage for the youngsters who inspired to be idols in Puerto Rico, a place where they will hang out and perform. She was inspired to be a performer too, a singer. Watching people dancing and singing, she always admiring a good performer and thinks those people are cool.

[2008]
This year is totally unforgettable by her since she claimed to have met her first love. It was a feeling that she never experienced before. When she first saw him, her breath stopped, she literally forget how to breath, he was just too gorgeous for her. As cliche as it is, the extroverted Rocio began to act differently around him, being shy and extra girlish as they began their friendship. And yes, her first love is a Puerto Rican. During that year also, she managed to pursuade her parent to let her keep 2 pet dog despite her having an alergy for the animal. As a note, her allergy isn't that serious or fatal..she just going to have a running nose sometimes.

[2009]
They went back to Seoul after her father retired when she was 15. Shortly after her comeback to Korea, at the age of 15, she was contact by her old acting agency and joined them again. She officially entered the entertainment industry again in 2009 by acting in dramas. She starred in in Dong Yi and Flames of Desire but her big break did not come yet. Grudge: The Revolt of Gumiho was particularly notable and the big break for her, since it was the first time she played a major role who wasn't the childhood counterpart of the female protagonist. 

[2011]
Little that she know, she was eyed by SM since her comeback in Korea's entertainment scene. SM contacted her agency and began the bargaining session, when in the end she transferred to SM. She was pleased, she really is. She feel like being in SM is her call since she still remember on how she wanted to be a singer back then in Puerto Rico. Thus, she changed from being under the company as an actress to a trainee, but that was after she passed the small audition held. During trainee years she received further training in dancing, singing, rapping and the Korean language. She was not good in dancing and singing as she thought and was given extra classes for that. Just going to be totally honest here her voice isn't very attractive. Neither anyone has a thing for nasally high voices. Her range is limited to easy notes, she can't hit high octaves decently. Her vocalization can sound really awkward sometimes and the breathtaking effect that should be left is disturbed. She couldn't converse that well with all the new people she met well, due to not being able to speak the language as fluently, and she didn't know what to eat, the dorminotary food is more like a goat's food. There was not much foreign trainees there and foreigners usually got bullied including her, but nothing really major happened except for the numerous haters she gained during training. She's pretty but her personality is sometimes unlikable. Since she's  a bit of strong character, many trainees thought of her as y.  Trainee years was also hard for her because she got to live her life everyday with the same boring shcedule with tears, sweat and blood. She wanted to give up several times. She cried everyday for the first two weeks she was in training, but decided to work hard even though she wanted to go back home, to show to everyone around that she isn't that spoiled, and she isn't just pretty face with zero talent. The one thing SM that do notice though is her emotion when performing. Year by year she had improved her skills. 

[2012]
Despite being a trainee, she still acted though not as active, her popularity increased in 2012 when she starred in the fantasy-period drama Moon Embracing the Sun, which reunited her with Grudge: The Revolt of Gumiho costar Lee Minho. Moon surpassed 40% ratings and gained "national drama" status. She then gave another well-received turn in May Queen. She was in a photoshoot with fellow labelmate, EXO, endorsing Ivy Club. She was appointed as a model for eco friendly make-up brand, “Miel”.​ This was followed by a supporting role in 2013 film Commitment, and family drama Golden Rainbow. 

[2014]
In 2014, she performance as a teenage bully in Elegant Lies drew critical acclaim. She then played a traditional funeral singer in the single-episode Drama Special anthology. She has been cast in horror mystery Room 731, an English-language graduate thesis film by USC filmmaker Youngmin Kim.

The darling daughter he had always wanted. He is the best father that she can wish for, he is one of the most important person in her life, if she have to choose anything in the world to stay forever, it's her father and mother.

Personality: Kai is like a turtle. Hard on the outside but soft and gooey on the inside. He is one of the most sensitive. He seems to have gone through a lot in his life but he seems to hide it. He misses home a lot while keep being busy as an idol. He is close to his family. He will show his emotions not through words but through her gestures. He also happens to have low self esteem. No matter how much love you give him he will always feel unloved. His insecurities take the best of him. He also is bad at taking jokes so others have to be a little careful around him.  Is by far the shyest member in EXO. The only reason Kai shows his y side is because he just happens to have low self esteem. Kai knows he can’t get girls with his looks so he tries to get them through his dancing. If he really did have high self esteem, the people who chose him as their bias when the teasers came out would have still had him as their bias. Kai obviously did not live up to that. He barely talks during interviews and likes to do stuff behind the screen. He isn’t much of a talker but he actually does care about the fans. Kai also doesn’t look at the girls and tries to hide because he is shy. It does bother him sometime when people only look at him as the ‘y one’ when there is so much more to him

Interactions: From the surface, Rocio isn’t shy of expressing her affection over Kai. Rocio also likes to whenever she has the chance, including during onstage/onscreen. Sometimes, Kai denies the caring gestures, but he really does like them judging by the way he attaches himself to the Puero Rico girl. Rocio even does the old school trick of distraction then putting the arm around the other’s shoulder. Very smooth and open minded, it is something that is what she usually does, if we consider his personality. They are often seen together on official events, or just about everywhere, much to their satisfaction. --- In the inside, Kai cares and adores Rocio like she is his sister. Rocio on the other hand obviously cares A LOT about him, more than a sister should about her brother. She’s not like him in the sense that he loves hanging around and being with his sister. She’s more of the “he’s my guy, back off” type. SHe admires him, to the point where is scares Kai off to some extent. It’s somewhat obvious in the way Rocio sometimes acts around him when together. Rocio will always find, or try to find her way to Kai, whereas he is seen hanging out alone but Rocio. It’s almost like Rocio is secretly saying, “Jongin love me, and only me”. Kai thought maybe Rocio just wants a little bit more of his love and attention. Kai obviously cares for Rocio, but maybe not as extreme as Rocio for Kai. And at one point he realized he feel weird without Rocio around, caring for him and no one will ever gives him full attention and affection like her, that girl who didn't shy to start making the first move.
How did they meet?: They met by one normal fateful meeting. The meeting is at the SM building. It was late and Rocio is in her way back to the dorm when she heard music. She followed the music and found a guy dancing hotly to it. She was mesmerized by it and she remembered that she had seen the guy before, during trainee times, somewhere around the bulding before. After the music stop and the guy stop dancing to it, Rocio fake a cough and this caught Kai offguard, literally jumping a little before looking at her.Rocio complimented Kai abundantly and introducing herself, wanting to be his friend. Eventhough she didn't know Kai but Kai did know her even before she introduced herself.

Personality: She isn’t very talkative and will be very distant towards strangers or aquaintances, some people think she’s rude. She often talks to herself or voices her thoughts aloud and she prefers to be alone instead of with people because of that. Her closest friends are able to see the real her, who is bubbly, talkative, and depressive…all at once… Yes, indeed, Dara is a very strange person. But she likes it that way. She is extremely agile, flexible and sneaky, therefore she can flee or hide from not-so-good situations, as well as trick people. She is very caring and giving, but only to those who need her help.
Relationship: The visual rivalry
Interactions: For Dara, first impression last. Dara can’t trust Rocio, she can't think of her as a friend or acquintance under the same field. She keeps a mask of happiness to hide her uneasiness when with Rocio infront of others, but it just brings her down even more. Rocio really mind it, since she can't never tolerate with something as she seen as poking her pride off. She begin to hate Dara for everything, even when the girl smile. She always want to surpass Dara in all.
How did they become rivals?: Rocio is at MBC waiting room during a day where the group will having their MNET live stage, when she saw a purse right beside the door of the room. The purse belong to Dara of 2NE1, for some reason, she is there when there's no in 2NE1 schedule that need her to be there. Rocio opens the purse so see who's the owner and right on time Dara came into the scene. She sees Rocio who is standing beside the door opening her purse and she actually think Rocio is a sasaeng or a thief, because she never really saw her before. Not believing whatever Rocio said, she firmly want to call the guard. --- First impression is important for Dara. And sometimes there's no reason to love or hate someone. Dara feels uneasy around Rocio and so does she.
