NEW FIC?

So, I just exploded today and I stopped giving a damn.

I was talking to my classmate and this is what he told me:

Scared?

Its all in the mind

You control the mind

not the other way round

when I'm lost in life, unsure of what to do

I always follow one belief I have

do what makes you happy

And I totally agreed with it. So here's a mini-fic I wrote which I will continue another time heehee~

"Even if I can't meet you, I want to pursue my memories
and show you the same happiness."

-Ai Otsuka, Planeterium

"I've thought it through," Jaejoong spoke, a smile on his face as he waved Junsu and Yoochun goodbye at the airport, "A life without him is not a life at all."

"Jaejoong hyung..." Junsu looked at Jaejoong with teary eyes, his hand still holding onto Jaejoong's sleeve, "Are you really not coming back after this?"

"Baka!" Yoochun slapped Junsu on the head, "Jaejoong hyung will definitely come back for sure, right Jaejoong hyung?"

"Yes," Jaejoong uttered with complete determination, "Yes. I'll definitely come back for sure."

"That's a promise okay?" Yoochun laughed heartily as he clapped Jaejoong on the back, releasing Junsu's hold on Jaejoong as he did so.

"Now, Junsu, no more tears okay?" Yoochun smiled to Junsu as they hugged Jaejoong for the final time, watching him as he passed through the customs and entered the airport terminal.

And so, that was the last thing Yoochun and Junsu heard Jaejoong say before he took a plane to Japan and vanish from their sight.

~*~

Jaejoong walked up the slope, observing his surroundings as he went up the plane, his eyes peering around curiously. Locating the seat he was supposed to be in, he was astonished to find another man sitting in it instead. Looking at his plane ticket and looking at the seat number once again to be sure, Jaejoong frowned. He was correct. That seat was supposed to be his. Allowing a sigh to escape his lips, Jaejoong scanned his surroundings for other empty seats. He did not know why but looking at the man before him, Jaejoong just could not bring himself to question him.

"Hi sir, is there something wrong?"

Jaejoong turned. An air stewardess was smiling pleasantly at him, her hands were outstretched as she took Jaejoong's luggage in her hands, placing it in the compartment above him.

"Sir, would you mind letting me see your plane ticket for you? That way I can easily find your plane seat, sir."

"Oh! Oh yes." Jaejoong flustered as he took the plane ticket in his hands and passed it to the lady before him.

"So, let's see hmm. 5F? Yes sir. You're standing at the right place. 5F is just right here. So why..?"

Her voice died down as she noticed the seat was occupied.

"Oh! So that's the problem huh?" the air stewardess continued smiling at him, "No problem sir. I'll clarify with the passenger for you."

Jaejoong nodded, keeping his silence as he watched the air stewardess conversing with the man who appeared to be extremely embarrassed as the man ran his fingers through his hair multiple times, his face flushed red.

"I'm so sorry for my mistake," the man beside him spoke the moment Jaejoong seated himself after the whole misunderstanding was settled. The man had mistaken Jaejoong's seat for his when his seat was actually Jaejoong's neighbouring seat, "Allow me to make it up to you."

Looking away from the window beside him, Jaejoong turned to look at the man seated next to him. He was definitely an extremely handsome man. His eyes were dole brown and his soft natural brown curls fall neatly next to his temples, enhancing the sharpness of his cheeks. Smiling at Jaejoong, the man revealed a set of pearly white teeth, dazzling Jaejoong with its beauty.

"... Sorry?"

Jaejoong uttered a long while after the man has spoken, his mind still mesmerised by the beau before him, "Make what up to me?"

Laughing out loud, the man took a paper from his pocket and wrote it down in pen, pushing the slip of paper into Jaejoong's hands:

Allow me to make it up to you for the misunderstanding earlier. :)

Frowning at the message before him, Jaejoong took a pen from his pocket and wrote a reply back.

It is fine as far as I am concerned.

Then, he slid the paper back to him.

No. It isn't. Please, allow me to do this. I feel bad for causing that whole misunderstanding just now. Allow me to treat you to a drink? ;)

Jaejoong frowned further.

It really is not necessary.

But I wish to. Please, allow me? :)

Glancing at the message in irritation, Jaejoong turned to the man beside him, his eyes narrowed to a pair of dangerous silts, "It really isn't necessary, sir."

"But then again, I wish to," the man replied immediately, a smile still present on his face. Apparently, Jaejoong's glare did no wonders to this man. The pair maintained eye contact for a few minutes before Jaejoong finally gave in and turned his gaze back to the window beside him.

"Fine." Jaejoong huffed, "Do what you wish to. It's none of my business anyway."

"Yay! That's great." the man exclaimed in excitement, "Oh wait, I forgot to introduce myself. Hi sir, I'm Jung Yunho, nice to meet you! And what might your name be?"

"Kim Jaejoong." Jaejoong replied coldly, not even turning his head to look at the man beside him.

"Say, Jaejoong, why are you going to Japan?" the man named Yunho fired immediately, causing Jaejoong's lips to purse in irritation.

Closing his eyes, Jaejoong laid his head back on his seat, pretending that he had not heard the question before.

"Jaejoong?"

"Hello, Kim Jaejoong?"

"Annyeong, Kim Jaejoong!"

Jaejoong gritted his teeth in annoyance as he tried to slow his breathing rate to mimic those whom are sleeping.

"Kim Jaejoongie~"

Jaejoongie?

The nickname ticked him off immensely for some reason. Clenching his fists, Jaejoong opened his eyes furiously and turned to the man named Yunho who was seated right beside him.

"Do you always give nicknames to people whom you first meet?" Jaejoong retorted viciously, his eyes glaring at Yunho with unveiled fury.

"Nope," Yunho replied cheekily, "only to those whom I find cute."

Cute? Jaejoong was sorely tempted to throttle the man before him. Taking in a deep breath, Jaejoong smiled at the man, his fists still clenched, "Say Yunho, are you by any chance gay and you're trying to hit on me?"

Yunho paused for a moment, his face cast in shadows, before he looked up and smiled earnestly at Jaejoong with childlike innocence, "Yes. How did you know, Jaejoongie?"

And all Jaejoong felt at that point was the intense urge to jump off the plane.

(tbc...)

So did you like it? ;)

If you do, I'll continue it just for you guys. :D
