» PERSONALITY

Minhee is a energetic, childish kid who just can't stay still sometimes. She loves to trick and play pranks on people close to her but when it comes to people she doesn't know or has just met she is shy and quiet. Although young, she knows more then she lets on, about what's going on around her, troublesome situations, financial difficulties, etc. but she keeps these things to herself usually because she knows it's not her place to say anything. She is not one to hate people or take things to heart because it's not in her nature but that doesn't stop her from disliking and ignoring some people. Mostly Minhee is just a funny, nice, fun loving kid who loves attention, being included and being cared for by her unnies.

Minhee has bad points too. She can get on people's bad sides quite easily and isn't liked by quite a few people but it doesn't really bother her, in fact she doesn't really care at all. Also she can be impatient, fidgety and kinda rude sometimes but not usually, just on her bad days or if she's stressed. She can't focus very well sometimes. When something upsets or angers Minhee she won't tell anyone and will often bottle it up until it explodes.

On stage, she is serious and works hard to impress her peers, fans and members, not wanting to be one to disappoint. Her charisma, confidence and stage presence is over flowing, which suprises people because she is so young, as well as a rookie. In practise, it as if though she is on stage because she acts the same, forgetting her surrondings and any distractions so she can really put her heart and soul into her dancing.

In variety shows and interviews, she is quiet and seemly shy because she doesn't want to anger any of the members or staff for speaking out of turn although her excitement is bursting inside, waiting to be a part of the conversation.

 

 » BACKGROUND

Minhee was born in Ocala, Florida on the 7th of May, 1997 as an only child with two loving parents. When she was five years old, she started school but was bullied for her race so her family deicided to move to her mother's home country, Korea. She still learned English as she grew up but adapted quickly to Korea dialect. She started dance at six years old and it became her passion, she also had a small interest in singing, so she always dreamed of being an idol and would practise hard for this.

Since young she had always been doing things behind her parent's backs, sneaking out late, participating in underground dance battles, etc.

At the age of 11 she secretly went to an SM audition being held in her city. They really liked her performance but upon finding out her age they wouldn't let her go into the next rounds so she made a decision to audition again when she was at a better age. 

Four years later, Minhee went to another nearby SM audition and audition again, they were extremely impressed by her skills and let her into the next few rounds before passing and becoming an official trainee. She moved to Seoul alone to be closer to the company.

It was an exciting experience for Minhee, difficult though. Juggling school and lessons at the company was hard but she managed. She used to do bad things as a trainee sometimes, skip classes if she had too many or didn't feel like it, yell at teachers and such, just small things that left a bad impression. Two years later she was finally offered to be in the soon to debut girl group, Goddess, with a promise to stop doing bad things and to do her absolute best instead.

Jungkook is usually hyperactive and fun loving, eager to learn and make friends. He is childish at times but can be very manly. Doesn't like being patronized too much. Jungkook is talented and smart as well as witty. He isn't good with love and such, it's all new to him because he is young but when the time came he could win a girls' heart if he really tried. He is sweet and charming and a great friend.

They are friendly towards one another and like to play jokes on each other. It's a bit awkward at first but they are good friends and know how to make they other laugh and the atmosphere is natural. Even if they are both busy they make time to catch up and hang out, teach other dance or rap. They are good friends with a shared love for mischieve.
