There Taeyeon stood on the stage in Macau.
She had been touring for nearly a month
now and her days without Jessica causing
her emotional singing echoing her aching
heart. She stood on the stage alone ready to
put on the finale. She was ready to sing the
last song, but as she closed her eyes, Jessica
came to mind.

Jessica was in one of the biggest
tournaments of her career. If she wins here,
she could claim the number two title which
would be the highest in her career thus far.
Not to mention this tournament had one of
the biggest purses. She was focused, she had
to be focused.
It was when the night loomed over her, did
Jessica think about the times her lover and
her shared a trickle of time together. She
loved the girl more than she thought before.
This month had been busy with her travels,
training and now the tournament. She
wanted to think and talk to Taeyeon more,
but her schedule didn’t let her. It is weird
how work can dictate one’s love life like
this. Shouldn’t one be free to love and be
loved whenever their heart desires?
The time had come, Jessica was in New
York, ready to take on her next challenge.
She started off strong and was willing to put
up a huge fight. There was no lack of
training for this moment. Just her mental
ability to carry out her task at hand.
Jessica looked up at the stands. It was weird
how her heart was calling out for Taeyeon to
be one of those people in the crowd, but
Jessica knew she was looking for an empty
seat instead. She started to wonder if she
didn’t have Taeyeon, would she be able to
pull out some of the harder games? Taeyeon
was the one person in her life that gave her
strength. She was the one person she longed
for. She was the one person she would
always be waiting for.
No doubt about it, Jessica Jung, the tennis
player was in love and at this moment she
missed her lover. Unknowingly she started
