background: born in the night of january 29, 1993 in new york, jang soona is raised well and carried good looks since childhood. she had an american citizenship but is full korean. she had an interest of being an idol at age 14 when she saw tvxq's and boa's music videos on tv. soona became amazed and took private singing and dancing lessons. getting her parents' permission, they flew to their ethnic country. at 16, she auditioned at woolliM AND GOT ACCEPTED. she trained for a year (there she also met her first love and the boy who broke her heart) before finally debuting.

interactions: starting off, kim myungsoo is jang soona's ex-boyfriend. they first dated when soona is still a trainee and infinite just debuted. they kept their relationship secret to the public for about 4 years, both of the companies' ceo, elixir and infinite members are the only one who knows. they are often seen hanging out and although both the fans of the group ship them, they are forced to say they are only close friends because this will strain both of their careers, soona as nation's darling and myungsoo's cold city guy image. an ulzzang though managed to infiltrate their relationship, kim doyeon, she uploaded images and tweets frequently about her and myungsoo's relationship. the couple are shocked but woollim adviced the two to not take action; woollim and ts denied the rumors spreading around the internet. the pictures of myungsoo and doyeon together buying groceries are with their friends, but went to the other aisle and the pictures that doyeon posted wearing their "couple things" are not true. doyeon bought all those stuff just to prove it's true; she after all came from a very rich family. after woollim & ts denied the rumors, doyeon's father called them and threatened to sue woollim & ts and end myungsoo & soona's career by releasing a tape of them doing it, though not true because they never did it. both of the ceos, then became scared, they can't afford downfall. woollim & ts then changed their statement and confirmed the rumors making doyeon very happy. soona ended ties with myungsoo because she thought myungsoo will always protect her, cherish her and will never let her go. myungsoo accepted her decision, no questions asked and they were back to just being strangers... until a show proposal came.
woollim & ts entertainment to bring the two back together and also earn a large profit. imagine two infamous visuals being a couple? fast money. well, also, they have no choice because 2 members of elixir are having their drama & a member is having solo promotions for her solo debut (elixir are four). infinite h are having their comeback, sunggyu is also having his solo comeback and the song features woohyun, making the two active. sungyeol is shooting his drama and sungjong just participated in another variety show. b.a.p is having overseas activities and secret is preparing for thier comeback. soona and myungsoo had to choice but to sign the contract and join. after all, they are going to earn profits too.
on cam, they act like a real couple. they tried to act like what they've done in their past even though it still hurts inside. myungsoo would force himself to kiss soona's cheeks or even lips, and when he does, soona tries not to cry but eventually the tears will fall and she'll start laughing, making it as a reason for crying.
off cam, they are a little awkward but they force themselves to get along with each other. and little by little, moment by moment, episode by episode they started to be in love with each other again, this time, only deeper, more sincere and more ready for hardships as ever.

how did you get chosen from your company?
sad truth is, i'm the only member with no official activities. as far as i know, that's the only reason. maybe there's a secret reason and i'll never know. oh wait! i want to know! please tell me if you know! (pouts cutely)

do you want an honest answer? because i don't really know. i want to join but with a different partner maybe? i honestly don't know. if you are planning to do season 2, please contact me again and partner me with hong jonghyun. (laughs)
where would you prefer you and your partner spend your first date at?
an amusement park, maybe? it's fun there! we haven't been to an amusement park and i haven't had an amusement park date yet. so... yeah. it'll be cool. oh! i also want an extreme date! with me and my partner zip-lining and stuff. that would be extra cool.
