Even though pure Chinese descent is running in her blood, she is born in New York City after her parents migrated there after their wedding. She was taught Mandarin as a kid and they use the language as the official language around their home. As a young child, she is bullied and discriminated because of her Chinese race and her un-Westernized looks but that didn't stop her from trying to make friends. Actually, she only made a friend, who is fortunately, also an Asian, he is Korean and his real name is Kim Jiwon, but frequently, he is called by his American name, Bobby.

They both grown to love hip-hop and started underground rapping. By the time Bobby was 16, he left New York to be an official YG Trainee. Sasha auditioned at YG too, but unfortunately, did not get accepted. She then grabbed another chance to make her dreams come true by auditioning at SM's Global Audition in New York, luckily, she got accepted and flew to Korea.

After a two years and a half of training, learning to stregthen her weaknesses, rap more powerfully, sing with emotions, dance passionately, and learn Korean, SM transferred her to their sister company, Radius Entertainment, in hopes of making her future better there. She undergo another special training from Raudis Entertainment for six months before finally debuting to Forever Nine.

Sasha is always described as the sweet, cheerful, happy-go-lucky kind of girl, she actually does not act based on her age. Never a day, you can't see her smiling or laughing, but Sasha is a crybaby, she cries over small things like music videos and such, making her a really good actress to work with. Her close friends describe her as a 'ray of sunshine' because whenever she smiles, people around her get the energy too. Sasha seems to never lose energy. They can practice all day and only sleep for three hours, but she still will jump, run, and smile.

She's not perfect though, she has flaws too. Sasha is clumsy, gullible, careless, sometimes insensitive, stubborn, selfish, tactless, and hard-headed. She is also quite possessive about her things and her crushes, that can sometimes lead to fights. Sasha sometimes can't show her emotions clearly; being used to smiling. On cam, she is famous for her aegyos and random cute chants.

Sasha is very fashionable and can mix and match clothes well. Her friends and her boyfriend ask her for fashion advices. She is very creative and can think of unique and cool concepts well. Sasha is a fast-learner but can be a slow-thinker when it comes to jokes. Contrast to her face, she is not that innocent as it seems; she is not innocent is some fields but she knows things a normal teenager knows. She doesn't want to be treated like a baby though, even if she acts like one.

PERSONALITY. Like Sasha, the guy is really playful and makes the mood better. He makes jokes and will make you laugh as much as he can. He can be serious when it is needed though. Bobby is very charismatic and gets along really well with almost all kinds of people. Also like Sasha, he likes to smile a lot, influencing the people around him to smile too. For a guy, he is really cheerful and adorable. In performances, he exudes strong energy and executes the steps and his rap well, showing full confidence. But when it comes to girls, he becomes shy and clueless. However, at times he can be really careless and won't mind what will other say. Also, he can be really arrogant when he knows he is better than some people. He can also be stubborn, not taking advices when he strongly believes in something and knows he's right.

MEETING. It's the first year of middle school, and as usual Sasha is alone with other kids laughing at her. She eats alone every lunch time at the canteen's ugliest table. Until then, a boy sat with her and began eating his lunch there. Sasha just stared at him wide-eye, a kid just sat with her! Noticing Sasha was staring at him, Bobby laughed and introduced himself, rather confidently. Sasha showed a little smile and began to introduce herself. Then she asked what's his motive, is he like the other kids that just befriends her when they need something and then bully her after they get what they want? Bobby answered her honestly, he wanted to be friends. Seeing this as really sincere, Sasha welcomed him with open arms, finally gaining a friend.

INTERACTION. Bobby & Sasha are like most best friends, only they're more intimate & more skinship-y with each other. They can sleep together in one bed, cuddling, and there will be no awkwardness. They share their deepest darkest secrets with each other, and help each other's problems out. They hang out quite a lot and there never seems to be a problem. They tease each other a lot but it doesn't come out offensive. In hard times, when the other one cries, the other one serves as shoulder to cry on and will be there to comfort and support, whatever they're doing. They practically mistaken as a couple because of their interactions. However, they really feel something for each other, more than just best friends, but both are too shy to admit it.
