I have become a Kpop fanatic only back in 2010 I was not even familiar with the lawsuite that happened that time when I became a fan of Super Junior back in BONAMANA days, I didnlt even know BOA was a SM Artist when I admired her back in highschool when I kept on singing No.1 and Waiting and downloading her other Japanese songs since I am originally a Jpop fan e.g Morning Musume, Utada HIkaru, Arashi, NEWS with the exception of AKB48 who I can't stand to admire till now except their song Koisuru Fortune Cookie.

When I started to follow and be a fan of Super Junior, I became curious with one of the member Hangeng who I read at that time was in the middle of lawsuit, and I think like how he can be suffering, I am not even aware TVXQ was going on the same thing since I wasn;t a fan of them that time though I find jaejoong handsome who I thought was a chinese too by the way. 

I have only known they have file a lawsuit it was 2013 when I was reading Yoochun's wikipedia page where I was reading about Missing You drama. And I saw reasons like, unfair contract length, no proper leave etc....

But if this is still happening how can they still become one of the strongest Company? Why others won't leave? Could it be the artist that was at fault or can it be they were pressured by SUPER OBSESSED fans who had devoted their life with their idol forgetting their personal ones?

Now a News that EXO member Kris now requesting to nullify his contract with same reason with memebers feeling shocked betrayed etc. What is really with SM TOWN? If this is really happening why only few file lawsuit why can't a whole group do it? Many questions clouding my mind. As someone like me who is working before you sign a contract you have read it right? If They know the circumstances why did they sign it? Why not read it thoroughly? BUt in your own opinion who was really at fault, the artist or the Agency?
