the possible two sides in the lawsuit

Suho spoke up about the recent developments involving fellow member Kris. He told Osen, "All the members had a conversation. We don't understand Kris' actions at all. Everyone was caught off-guard and have mixed feelings."

Suho continued, "I think Kris' actions are irresponsible and show that he's not thinking about EXO at all. Our members and agency have no issues. What Kris needs to do right now is take back the lawsuit and apologize to the members and company."

There are also speculations that Suho's comments on the 'M! Countdown' stage afterEXO's win with "Overdose" are in reference to Kris and his lawsuit. Receiving the trophy, he said, "Thank you for the big award. Thank you to all the people who love us. It's Teacher's Day, so I want to thank Lee Soo Man sunsaengnim. We won't forget this blessing. The EXO members sincerely apologize. Our motto is, 'We are one,' and like the motto says we'll become an EXO that think about EXO and our fans instead of just our individual selves. We'll work hard. We are one. EXO, I love you."

side 1:

Poor suho.

He finally becomes an idol after being a trainee for 8 years. 8 mofo years. And 'stupid' kris files a lawsuit which could probably hurt the group.

side 2:

suho could've probably said it because sm forced him to.

maybe kris is the honest one

i mean theres a 99% chance that 90% of them are FAKE.

we all know how fake people are even without stardom.

I agree with exopanda.

side 1: I don't think Suho can say that. I mean, he's not the type to put a blame on others, especially someone who's a comrade.

side 2: well yeah, probably.

I don't believe the news that they say suho said it anyway. (Suho is so kind and sweet! It doesn't sound like something he will say)
I mean the member sure see it obviously! They all sign on the same information content on the same piece of printed paper.
It wouldn't it be weird that kris is the only one whom is getting different treatment from the manager/ company?
Maybe is just kris want to step for their human right, yes i just said their because not for his own but them.
But media and the manipulating thing is trying to push him down right now. Manipulating the members to look at him as a bad irresponsible guy.
Making SM's image continue to look good to bring back their stock. Thats what i think because if really happen to be Kris's filling success and that they did all this things to them people stop supporting smtown but instead follow where ever the idol goes. And all money will be gone over night. people doesn't want to invest in a trash company who trash their idols like this. and SMtown will be doom because they lost another big fandom's money. And they think fans would believe the one who speak up first! So there's when manipulating start~ ...

Really shame on SM! -.- got to agree they create good artists and idols.
But they not only treated their idol like this and treat fans like idiots to make us buy all the lies that they are saying.

I thought since the lawyer that kris find is the one whom handle hangeng's case there must be someone whom told him that the lawyer can handle this kind of case if not why would he file the case. He must have know this will lead pain to the member too and from how much he loves them. I doubt he would

But this is on my own point of view :'(

I don't know if the members are genuinely upset with kris for leaving or if they're being forced to turn on kris to make it seem like kris is the one doing something wrong.
