It's been confirmed, unfortunately, not through SM themselves so you can't technically count it as official but through several outlets :\ everything's confusing right now, but Han Geng's lawyers picked him up and made a statement, several EXO members have unfollowed him on Instagram/Weibo, and SM deleted their statement saying that these were all rumors, and haven't released anything yet to counter or deny the claims.
