What I am trying to say is that when I want to download new EXO Teasers, I tried to download it with keepvid.com from goole chrome and I got no sound..

That time I was actually gonna cry, but I tried to calm down, then I fastly try from youtbe downloader in youtube, but there is nothing

Download option in it.. randowm time..

I need to do something but I realised that I am so stupid in things electronics..

Can anybody help me?

I think it is because I download WinJV view (DJVU) for open books..

But I don' t know what to do..
