character history

Yu Taechan was born to parents who were yet to be married. Hell, they were not even dating! They simply had a one night stand after ending up in the same hotel room because there were no more vacancies. and they were such erts. The two uncommitted people didn't react to the news fondly. Her father wanted her to be aborted and her mother was thinking the option over. Fate had another plan in mind. Right before they went to abort the baby, she came out without warning. That was how Taechan's controlled life started. Her parents were forced to marry and so they held a quick private wedding.... but that was it. They lived separately. Hell, as soon as Taechan was old enough, her mother up and left her with her maternal grandparents in Tokyo, Japan. Her grandparents were of no help. They died after drilling in Taechan's mind that she should obey her parents because they suffered for her. Upon their death, Taechan had to return to her parents. Apparently, her mother had already left the world quietly so she was sent to her father in Seoul, South Korea.

He wasn't happy when he found his long lost daughter at his doorstep but had no choice. It was his mistake after all. So the uncommitted one took her in, like he was supposed to long ago with the other uncommitted person to make sure Taechan's life was happiness, like it was supposed to be. But that is not the case. At first, they were really awkward and didn't get past "How are you" but as time passed, her father found it better to live with the child than alone. She would finish all the chores when she got back from school, before he got back from work, and would obey his wishes, however bizarre. At first, he questioned her attitude a lot but as time passed, their relationship became that of maid and master more than daughter and father.

That being said, it is not like there weren't anyone to look out for her. Their neighbours were very kind people and their only son was also the same age as her! The children met before the parents did and since then, they've been stuck together like glue because they weren't very loved in school when their parents weren't around although it madeno difference to Taechan. When Taechan's father comes home late or leaves on a business trip, Taechan would always be at their house exceot for when she comes back to hers to clean up a bit and make sure her father comes back to the same clean and tidy house he left.

character personality

The Follower: "I follow other's choices because I'm not confident of making my own. Afterall, I was brought into this world because of other's choices." Everyone knows Yu Taechan, the errand girl. They know she is obedient to everyone and especially to her childhood friend but that was all they knew. They did not know about how Taechan puts other before herself and personally requested to be the errand girl for a class gang to replace a smarty pants classmate so that he could enter his dream school by dedicating less time to useless errands and more time to useful studies. They also did not know that this easy-going girl was the one brave enough to confront the local bullies. She was the one that asked them to quit violence, in exchange for her being their errand girl. This being said, you must be thinking she gets herself into unwanted business. Nope~ Thankfully, when the sleeping tiger is waken, her primary leader is there to put it back to sleep.

The Leader: "Even if you don't like it, I'm still here. So instead of hating, enjoy it.. while you can." This is bad... the obedient errand girl is nowhere in sight! The new Taechan is domineering and overbearing. Rarely giving much thought to other's opinions, the new Taechan believes her descisions are always the best. Although not a listener, the new Taechan is open minded and thinks a lot before taking actions that seem appropriate to her. Sometimes, though, her ideas go a bit too far and that's when arguments arise in the team. Fear not, there is always her loyal follower who knows her best and can turn her perspective upside down so that she will be able to come up with a descision that will not infuse disagreements. However, there is still a trait that remains in both characters. Once she starts, she pulls through until the end and is very committed, her reason being she doesn't want to repeat the mistake her parents made.

PERSONALITY.

The Leader: Taeyong is the kind of popular guy who is cold and shatters hearts as easily as breathing, without even realising it. When he was young, he was bullied a lot for looking girly so he doesn't trust people easily and instead avoids contact with many. That being said, Taeyong does have a warm side although it comes out only when someone is really deeply hurt and no one else is there.  He prefers to leave the dirty work to others and has a charm that makes not only Taechan follow him although he recognises only Taechan as his follower.

The Follower: The new Taeyong isn't popular but shows no trace of having been bullied as well. He smiles a lot, however fake, and seems to be fond of skinship although he mostly does it with Taechan. This Taeyong rarely does things on his own, even if he saw a girl about to be murdered, he'd rather not interfere unless the murderer saw him (and would probably hurt not only the girl but him as well) or he had been told to help. This cowardly Taeyong that has a lack of initiative is still the only one able to make Taechan listen although he normally doesn't do it until his teammates start to bring up Taechan's many flaws and debate about a leader change.

MEETING. In the her own world, Taechan had a crush on the popular guy from next door because apparently, he had the smile of her idol. Not only that, he was the first friend of hers when she moved to Korea because she scared his bullies away with her Japanese words which had simply been 'What are you doing?' but more than the meaning, the language was what scared them off because it sounded alien and children that young are usually nonchalant about the existence of other languages (well... I was.. lol).

INTERACTION.

The Leader: Some of Taeyong's friends like to by calling Taechan his puppy. Because they were together since childhood, Taechan had always felt uneasy when Taeyong is not in sight so she's normally following him around. However, while Taeyong grew up and gain friends, Taechan became outcasted for her weird Korean and mainly because she was half Japanese. This only led to Taechan relying on Taeyong more and the latter always acts annoyed although he never tried to push the girl away.

The Follower: Ah.. where did the cold city man go? In the other world, Taeyong becomes a totally warm and touchy guy. The new Taeyong likes to tease Taechan a lot but does all that she ask of him. Another thing he always tends to do is holding her hands, touching her cheek and smoothing her hair. Now, it's Taechan's friends that by calling Taeyong her puppy. However, there is some things that haven't changed. He is still the only one able to control Taechan when she's angry, which is rare. Also, Taeyong is still overprotective of Taechan and gets easily jealous when it comes to the girl... his girl.
