OVERRATED & UNDERRATED GROUPS (it's all about MY OWN OPINION)~

Overrated groups~

Exo (Pardon me but I don't think their songs were that good, though i have some biases in Exo - Bacon is my love)

A Pink (Eunji is the only REAL vocalist and Idk why they suddenly became so popular last year)

Crayon Pop (no comment..)

2NE1 (idk much about them, but I don't think Bom and CL are as talented as their fans often say and yeah, i am just saying my own view)

 

Underrated groups~

B.A.P (Daehyun is such an amazing high-note vocalist and the leader is so good at rapping - but how come Koreans don't know much about them?!)

B1A4 (Jinyoung is an adorable song writter - his songs are all like drugs - and Sandeul is a genius when it comes to singing, and hell yeah, don't forget our talented rapper Baro)

F(x) (Luna is a real vocalist and Victoria seems so good at dancing - i hope they will get their time to shine in 2014)

 

Groups that are at their correct levels

SHINee (they're obviously the BEST when it comes to singing live)

IU - even though she's not a group, kkkk (she doesn't need to show off too much skin - IU shines with her real talents)

Girl's Day (well, in a negative way - I mean there are NO outstanding vocalists or dancers in this group and they actually choose a wrong agency)

Crayon Pop annoy me, so no comment either.
At first, I wasn't into all of the hype that EXO had nor did I give their 20-ish teasers a chance...but after listening to their music and actually trying to understand theme better, I grew to really love them!
APINK is one of my all-time favorite girl groups! Since their debut I've really liked them and now I can't stand to see them get bashed~ NO, Eunji isn't the only talented member...seriously, you need to give them a chance. Namjoo, in my opinion, although she isn't as "strong" of a singer, she is better than Eunji..
B.A.P is overrated, no comment about that.
Girl's Day deserve more love, seriously.

crayon pop famous just like gangnam style, only a short-term trend that soon will faded away when the artist itself didnt do the next trend well.

Exo, well you see, the many-er the better as many kpopers said. 12 people could debut as a different 2-3 groups but they make it into one. smart moves by SM... Growl is quite good + the meaning of the song - all those raps are un-needed though.

Apink, eunji has a damn powerful voice. Its your opinion so we shouldnt bash. im a pink panda, and are common to hear this kinda opinion, cause you know, if we see the shell, eunji's face+name+voice came out. if we see the inside the pearl of 6 member complete's apink. hehehe

I think FX might be underrated in South Korea, but internationally they seem to be doing pretty well :) Crayon Pop is popular because of Bar, Bar, Bar but I wish people would know they have other songs that are just as good...I personally think Saturday Night was better. To me I don't believe in overrated or underrated. People like what they like. I'll like them regardless if they're well known or not well known but I'm getting off topic ^^;

EXO, yes they are EXTREMELY overrated but they deserve every single bit of glory in my opinion.

Crayon Pop was pretty much a one hit wonder with Bar Bar Bar. I wonder how their Jpop style will last in Kpop. They were EXTREMELY overrated with that song.

F(x). It's not like they're underrated. They are extremely popular internationally. (Just look at Electric Shock) But rather they are just constantly neglected by SM Entertainment. SM just does NOT pay enough attention to f(x) at all.

The okay groups were kind of spot on for 2013.

I definitely agree with you abt A Pink and Crayon pop. I don't get it how they were so popular. Eunji has powerful vocals I can't even- she's amazing. Unlike the rest.
