When I'm sad, tired or lonely
When I need someone to care

and wish that you were here
I'll think of your voice that calls my name
of your soft whispers in my ear
I'll think of you thinking of me
and  wish that you were here
it seems so long ago we met
though I know that it's not true
I clearly remember the words you said
and I'll reply "I love you too"
I think of you often as time goes by
and wish that you were here
though I promised you I would not cry
my tears won't disappear.
