danbi grew up with both parents known in the entertainment industry. her father and mother, cha seungwon and han chaeyoung, are well known for their modeling and acting careers. she was exposed to the entertainment at a young age as well. when she was 4, she was in a varierty show with other entertainment kids her age. this was also around the time she started modeling for an online shop, gaining the nickname 'little han chaeyoung'. however, when she became a trainee under mnet, she was often criticized and insulted, known as someone who did not have to work hard to get what she wanted. however, she endured their insults and went to prove that she was not just someone without any talent.  after 4 years of training under mnet, she made the decision to sign under JYPE when a JYPE representative approached her while shoping at lotte young plaza. there, she trained for another 2 years until finally debuting as leader of the group "A+". 

Personality: 

✿ aint (no mountain) high enough / danbi is very fun to be around, always the life of the party. she's usually the one talking and yapping away in the crowd on and off cam, sprouting all sorts of things from make up to politics. one would think that everything that comes out of is just junk but in fact, everything that comes out of will be either useful or interesting. she's always updated about everyone's social life, not needing to hear the latest report from her pd friends, and she is nothing but a social butterfly. often jumping around and joking with her members, there is not a time with when the pd feels bored around her. since she's versatile and up beat, viewers are usually up on their toes for the next thing she will do. from corner to corner she will bounce back and forth. danbi is also a multitasker. one of her forte is to do everything at once and when she's feeling extra determined, she will make sure that she's finished everything she was asked to do. however, due to her mind easily changing, she usually does not finish a task all too quickly. she's always been like that; so active that she can start everything at once and finish almost always, well, never. she's always seen laughing and having the time of her life, always believing that there is no greater feeling than laughing. she's a very positive person, always looking at the bright side of ife. towards her group members, she's motherly and caring, although a bit naggy and strict. she's very bubbly and chic and she's s well known for her sassy attitude and undeniable demure. this 21 year old idol is not your average girl either. she could be very charming at times, and maybe this is the reason why she's got this line of fanboys trailing after her. she's wise, always quick to retort a comeback, and shows maturity at a very young age. one of her key traits is her humor and her ability to lead at all times. she's very easy to get along with, due to her bubbly nature and there's rarely a time when she has conflict with people around her. 

✿ the (rose) / she's quick to adapt to changes and rather than hating it, she appreciates it and learns from it. she's a bright young lady, outspoken and opinionated. she's a headstrong young woman who knows what she wants and is not afraid to play competitive in order to win what is rightfully hers. she's not afraid to voice her opinion in public either, even if it means she's the only one who thinks this way. danbi can be very persistent if she wanted to. although there is always a lot of people to advise her, she usually doesn't listen to anyone but the voice inside her head. she decides with her instincts and is almost always right about them. she's hard headed and sometimes, a bit hard to control. she has a nasty temper and she usually throws tantrums when angry/sad, acting like a little child. although she knows her limit, she tends to forget that she shouldn't be acting so childish whenever she doesn't get what she wants. she tries not to but she knows very well that she sulks and throws hissy fits. danbi is aware that she is not always rainbows and butterflies either but apologizes anyways when she has been mean or bad. afterall, she was never the type to hold a grudge against someone for a long time. most of the times, danbi is always undecisive. its not that she cant make decisions on her own, no no. its the fact that shes always changing what she wants. wwhether it be food or clothes, she always seems to get distracted by new things and by the end of it, she wont know what she wants anymore. she may talk herself into wanting one thing but once she sees another thing, she wont be able to control her self from wanting it too. however, even though she possesses all these traits, she never forgets that all things worth waiting for are worth the wait.

Your reaction when you first meet your child: charming, polite, and oh so huggable. those were the first three words that popped inside her head when the pd and staff revealed yoo jiwoo hiding behind the curtain. she had bowed politely at them and cutely introduced herself, sporting a cute floral dress with gray leggings underneath, wearing a pair of beige colored loafers. she was the epitome of everything danbi wanted in a baby girl. as soon as the child went up to her, she instantly hugged her and said, "jiwoo-nie, ill be a good umma araso?~" and from then on, the two became inseperable. 

How you interact with your child: danbi and jiwon are always seen holding hand by hand, something jiyong thought was adorable. when they are at their "house", they are usually found playing games, eating grapes, and watching movies and cartoons. there are also times when they will play board games and educational games as well. whenever jiwoo cries, danbi is the first one to comfort. she is always giving jiwoo words of encouragement and fights and bickers with anyone who says something bad towards her "child" (of course, jokingly teehee). whenever jiwoo goes to her umma crying, danbi always comforts her by saying things such as "don't cry, jowoo-yah, umma will buy more grapes soon~" which usually words since the child loves grapes so much.

✿ the (bad boy) next door /the g-dragon we see onscreen may seem like an all out bad boy, fierce, neighbor next door from the music videos to his cfs, and those pictorials for calvin klein and nylon where he went topless but in truth, he's nothing but a shy and timid young man, someone who values hard work and someone who also craves for a love life. since he began to train at a very young age, he has been restricted to dating thus excited to be part of the show "hello family". prior to belief, jiyong is actually soft spoken.  he's confident and can win any fashion show any day with his sleek strut and chic attitude but surprisingly shy and quiet when you firts meet him. however once you get to know him, you'll realize and see the real side of him, the jiyong that is very loud and active on the show, the one often fighting for his belief.  he's surprisingly affectionate, unlike the image he usually shows in talk shows and music videos and has a lot of aegyeo. he usually acts cute and bubbly around danbi, often acting cute and adding 'eung' towards the end of his words. danbi has also revealed that jiyong is surprisingly cute on text, using internet slang alot and how his texting even has tons of aegyeo. when this is revealed on the show, jiyong blushes and shushes her up, telling her how it should be a secret between the two of them. jiyeong is also very smart and intelligent. he usually makes the most of what he's got and given and usually doesn't complain much. he can do house work any day and doesn't like depending on his manager for basic things such as cooking and cleaning (although cooking he admits he's a bit on the weak side). overall, jiyong is the type of person one shouldn't judge by its' cover. although he is slick and chic onstage, he is nothing but a dorky, aegyeotistic man off camera.  

✿ the (not so perfect) husband / jiyong is actually very clumsy. he cant stand  jumpropes, he likes games where he'll get dirty and wet, and he's carefree and happy go lucky. there is never a dull moment when you're with jiyong. his witty remarks always get people laughing and his charm is something that shouldn't be taken lightly. he's straightforward and a bit loud, the type of guy that is willing to declare his love for his wife through the mall's radio. he's admitted countless of time that he's a bit ocd. he dislikes messy rooms and houses. in fact, a habit of his back in the big bang dorm is to clean and organize at all times and those who touch the his closet will have to face his wrath. although jiyong is generous and soft spoken, he's actually strong willed and persistent. if there is something he wants, he will try his hard to get it. if your thought and opininion contradicts his, oh well, too bad, because he'll make sure that his opinion is the one followed. a bit hot tempered, jiyong is someone who will suddenly turn quiet whenever he's angry. he was never the type to burst out screaming and hollering anyways. instead, he will go out for a walk and a whip of fresh air and come back, scolding you as if he's a mother that's been embarassed by his baby chick. despite all this, jiyong is very easy going. his laidback personality is usually what attracts people to him and despite his high idol status, he's friendly and kind. he never forgets to bow and say thank you when given something and he never forgets his manners. he's always seen with crescent shaped eyes and mouth widely stretched into a grin, laughing away even in front of the pds. his contageous smile, he often acts as an endorphin, a vitamin of the group, and the one that is usually giving energy to s. even off camera, he is the same timid young man that will lazily flash you his trademark boyish grin, muttering about how he wishes he could eat jjamppong.

✿ awkward (abeoji) /  there are some things that jiyong isn't granted with and unfortunately for him, its first impressions when it comes to kids. although conversations are fine, the first few meetings usually consists of awkward smiles and fail attempts. although he has nothing against them and thinks they're rather cute, he does not usually do so well initially with toddlers. he finds himself too stiff to take care of them and maybe its because he was never assigned to such a task anyways. however, once the child is close to him, people around will suddenly realize what a great dad he could be one day. being a kid at heart, he's always giving the child energy to play and he will never get tired of fooling around. you could give him a box and a pair of tutu and he will think of a way to entertain himself and his "child" on hello family. when out with his family and when there is a song he really likes playing on the telly, he will start dancing and strutting and showing off his flexible moves.

Back-up Partner's Personality: nichkhun is very much the ideal guy danbi has in her mind (although this she will never admit to herself because of the fact that their both idols). he's charming, can keep up with her witty remarks, and has a very dry humor that seems to make everybody laugh. he also has a cute eye smile that she always found attractive in guys. he's very sweet and affectionate, always looking for the best of the both of them. off camera, he is the same person, if not, even better. he often texts and calls her to see what she's doing and how she's been as well.

Your reaction when you first meet your partner: although not the person she expected, danbi is very pleased to get g-dragon as a partner. since she is new in the entertainment industry, she never expected to be paired up with a senior of hers. also, since danbi is a big bang fan as well, she is very happy that he is her partner. initially, the two are awkward with one another and does not know how to start a conversation. they would usually end up speaking at the same time, and stopping at the same time, and laughing at one another at the same time. however, this was something danbi was not bothered with and thought to herself how she'd have to work on it with g-dragon as they go through with their missions.

How you interact with your partner: initially, the two are very formal, danbi addressing jiyong as 'g-dragon sunbaenim' and jiyong adressing her as 'danbi-ssi'. however, after their first night, they decide that they should rid of their formalness and begin to talk casually to each other. during their first night as a married couple, they begin to reveal nicknames that they are usually called with. since danbi does not usually address people with nicknames, she decides that she'll call him as 'jiyong oppa'. jiyong on the other hand, liked the idea of calling her 'aein'. he also liked the fact that danbi would squirm and squeeze her hand whenever she called her this, causing the production team to laugh at their reactions. during missions, jiyong is always taking care of danbi, always taking the initiative and taking on the role of the husband. however, he finds it hard since danbi is as competitve as he is and that she does not stray her ground so easily. when it comes to skinship, the two are as clueless as a rock. during their first couple of weeks, jiyong would be happy that he assisted her by touching the small part of her back. it was actually jiwoo that initiated them to hold hands whenever they were out and jiyong couldn't thank the child more. as they began to film more and more, jiyong began to do other things too such as give her hugs (backhugs too!) and kiss her on the cheek. jiyong and danbi would always fight as well, usually with that they should eat and where they should go. since the two are both strong minded and headstrong, their opinions usually clash one another. however, this isnt usually a big deal for them as they usually find a way to make ends meet such as rock papers scissors and letting jiwoo decide for them. you wouldn't be able to tell that they aren't a married couple off camera either because they are as sweet off cam as they are on cam. whenever he is interviewed and asked about his wife and child, he would always address her as 'uri manura' meaning 'our wife'. she is always praised by him not just as a good wife but also a good entertainer.
