personality: clumsy, playful, and conniving although typically appearing on screen as someone who is quiet and reserved. kris is the one who is always making mistakes in his group such as falling and slipping (although he isn't so ashamed of being such a tall clumsy guy either). charm is a skill he's played so well and for the most part, he'll probably just be seen goofing off cam, laughing, and having fun as he listens to a good joke. he can be very sweet if he wanted to but he sometimes doesn't know how to show it. he's casual when you first meet him but once people start talking to him, they'll realize how laid back, humble, and talkative he is. patient and accepting, he's a warm person who will take anyone under his arms, guiding them to the place he thinks they should be. he's thoughtful, always looking out for the best out of people and an all around man. however, he's not afraid to stick himself into anyone's life either. if he wants it, he follows it. whatever he wants, he feels he has to get. instinctive, logical, and spontaneous, kris is very good at going with the flow. he doesn't mind changes so much and there's nothing as good as a challenge. he's blunt and straightforward and will nag you for as long as you could tolerate him when he wants something done and finished. not one to procrastinate, he's determined in everything he does and shows passion.
relationship: kris' name was a familiar one since danbi always heard it out of her members' mouth. no complains though since she acknowledged the group's raging popularity and to say she wasn't a fan would be a total lie. since she's good friends with exo-k's kai / kim jongin, she's acquianted with the rest of the members but isn't very close with the m members due to the fact that they promote in china. she wasn't expecting kris to be her partner since she didn't have him listed but kris tells her "i listed you as one of my ideal type halfheartedly" (to which danbi responds with his trademark line "well, you're not really my style", marking the popularity of the resident david & goliath couple). since the first time filming, these two had always bickered, gaining the nickname "old married couple" from fans. he would constantly pull her nerves by telling her that he prefers suzy over her and she'd make him jealous by always telling him how she prefers kai (he'd actually does get jealous most of the time). however, danbi was usually affectionate towards kris, and so was kris towards her. skinship was something natural for her (he felt awkward initially since he wasn't used to it but he stated in an interview that he likes being able to hold her head and hug her) to do and he later on got used to it.
kris has expressed multiple times of his fondness for danbi and how they became closer through the show. although his population in korea skyrocketed by being virtually married to the said idol, he not once thought of it. "of course it feels good to gain more fans here in korea but i don't like haneul because she makes me more popular and desirable in the female population's eyes. i like her because of the way we are when we are together". he reveals that they do have a love-hate relationship as well off-camera but more of the nagging type unlike the one they show on screen. "we live up to our old married couple reputation. i nag her endlessly and she'll snap at me and tell me to leave her alone. however, she's always the one to apologize first and of course, i wont be able to resist her most of the times". sm ent and the stage manager of exo has also stated that the two does indeed go out together to dine and that the two often contact each other but follows up that there is currently no confirmation of the two idols dating. "they are both private when it comes to their personal lives but both has promised their fans that they will come out to the public's eye if ever they decide to make it into something real"

personality: aleyna is a fast learner and is a keen observer. she's very charming and cute, often found humming and singing and smiling with her doe shaped eyes. she does not usually say what she wants. instead, she will stand behind you and look until someone finally realizes that she's secretly asking for something. aleyna loves to play as well, often playing game boards, ipad games, and often times, pranks on her "parents" (although she usually pranks danbi more alongside her appa, kris). she definetely has her rumbunctious, riptide of emotion roller coaster moments. when very excited, she'll jump up and down and will not stop talking even when there is no one to talk to. she's the type of toddler that always seem to wake up at the right side of the bed and is looking forward to a brand new day. she's not the type to anger easily either. all she'll really need is a person beside her and she'll be as happy as clam. she's the type to curl against people's neck and tell them how she thought she was really pretty looking or how the stars shined very brightly tonight. although a very playful girl, aleyna can turn into the biggest crybaby. she'll usually start shedding tears when there is something she doesn't know, when she's losing a game, or when she's not given a price she feels she deserved.
relationship: initially, the two were awkward. danbi would try to approach her but aleyna seemed to have favored kris from the start, due to his natural vibe with children. "i'm an only child so i never really knew how to act towards those who were younger than me. even my group members i was awkward with at the beginning". however, she soon learned that aleyna's weakness is nutella, thus winning the child's affection later on. on the set, danbi often looks out for the child. they are as sweet on camera as they are offcam. they are usually found huddled in the corner playing games on ipad, taking selcas, and playing board games. other times, the two are found eating away at the kitchen table. danbi isnt afraid to scold the child either when she feels that she should. however, she comforts her afterwards saying things such as 'nutella will be given to you if you are good' and 'dani umma will take you to the park to play so dont do it anymore, araso?' during times when they are filming in aleyna's preschool, she's usually the one who takes her since kris would be busy with promotions. however, the three are usually reunited for missions and when they are filmed in their apartment complex. when it comes to missions as families, aleyna has a habit of straying away from her virtual parents to play with he other kids. when it comes for the games for children, it would always be hard for kris and danbi since aleyna is a soreloser. when she loses, she'll usually end up finding one of the two and end up crying even though she's being filmed. this caused a wildfire of positive reactions for both kris and haneul, complimented by the public that they were very ideal parents and that they both were natural when it came to comforting kids. aleyna's real mom has also thanked the two for being patient with her daughter and reveals that she's actually very close to the both of them
with his/her dad: aleyna is very comfortable with kris. they are often seen eating and feeding one another and although busy, he tries his best to be able to send her off to school and pick her up. when they are doing missions, she is always trailing kris's tail and follows every word he says (she usually ends up following him only since he's more stern when it comes to discipline). he knows how to let loose too by casually rewarding her and giving her what she wants. however, too often than expected, kris always makes aleyna to danbi because of how strict he is. however, after a little pursuing, the two are usually at it again, playing until aleyna falls asleep.
