Although EXO's "Growl" is a song that may be a familiar tune to the younger generation familiar with the idol world, it definitely turned out to be a brand new experience for veteran singer of "Swallowtail Butterfly" ("Horangnabi"), Kim Heung Kook!

During the tvN Chuseok special 'Eight Provinces Wandering Band', Yoon Jong Shin asked the daughter of a family in the area who joined the band's tent, "Who is your favorite singer?" The girl replied shyly, "EXO".

Yoon Jong Shin asked Kim Heung Kook, "Do you know 'Growl'?", to which the confused Kim Heung Kook responded, "Did a tiger come out?... The title of the song is 'Growl'? Is it a song about animals?" The cast then started to play along to the tune and the girl even sang a bit of the chorus, which as you know, only says "eureurung [growl] eurerung eureurungdae~", leaving Kim Heung Kook even more confused about the song as he remarked, "What kind of song just growls and ends?"

Still wanting to test her devotion to EXO, Kim Heung Kook then proceeded to ask the girl, "Who is more handsome to you, your dad or EXO?", and of course, the girl didn't hesitate to respond, "EXO," leaving everyone, including her dad, to chuckle.

The segment and short cover of EXO's "Growl" starts at the 13:30 mark!
