traumatic experience.

If all of you are busy spazzing with the recent happening with EXO or other k-pop groups, I got traumatized.

At first I really thought that I wouldn't be able to go to KFest 4, but I was surprised when my dad drove me there. I was so happy, ecstatic, excited. Just thinking of meeting Alexander Eusebio Lee, buying the different kpop merch and of course the Wolf 88 hoodies that I have been dying to have now made me leap in joy. But everything was topsy-turvy when I arrived.

The mall where the event was being held stopped the ticket selling since it was already overcrowded in the area and it was already not safe they say. It was okay for me, really, since they said they would resume selling the tickets when the number of people lessens. But then I remembered Nielle unnie's favor for me to get the gift certificate she won since she will not be able to redeem it. I approached the lady in the booth where they would check your ticket pass and asked her to call the representative of the online shop Nielle unnie won the gc from. I waited and waited so long for her to come but she didn't.

Then someone surprised me when she suddenly called out my name a loud amidst the big crowd of people wanting to get in. I must tell you, the line of people wanting to get in is so long it almost reached the two ends of the big mall. [SM Megamall, one of the world's largest malls.] Then I searched for the face of the one calling me and saw my best friend, KwonMin-Ah. Of course I was really surprised since I really thought that she had already left the event but unfortunately just like me, she just arrived and still haven't purchased her ticket.

So I tagged her in where I was staying, which is in front of the entrance booth, and waited together with her for the representative to show up. We chatted for a while and went back to ask the lady in charge of the booth if the said representative already went out. Again, unfortunately, she already went out and missed me. So I asked one of the girls in the booth to call her again inside since I don't have the ticket and it was nice for her to agree.

We, KwonMin-Ah and I, were both standing again in front of the entrance booth, chatting on how to get in, when the fans outside the barrier started screaming and raising their cameras/hand phones to shot a picture of who knows who. We were both shocked of course. We both thought it was Alexander but I pondered: why would he pass by the main entrance that is so crowded and that he'll probably get mobbed by fans when he could just pass by the back door instead? Then when we tried to see who the one was catching the crowd's attention we were both shocked. Literally shocked. It was just the Filipino look-a-like of Baekhyun from EXO. Like what the hell? He is just a look-a-like. Sorry to say this but, they don't even look alike!

He tried calming down the fan girls but the shallow fan girls just started swarming around him, asking for a picture and autographs whatsoever then the next thing we both knew, there was a stampede coming our way. We were both facing the crowd and the crowd just literally went wild. It was very chaotic. The fan girls pushed and pushed until the barriers separating them collapse and all the other fans who wanted to get in pushed. Of course, since we were facing them, we were pushed. We both got pushed so far that we even got inside! But the worst part was when I fell down and this, sorry for my term, damned b*tch girl clung into my arm like a koala.

It wasn't really bad at all since she was just saving herself from falling but bullsh*t. Does she really need to use her long nails to hold onto my arm? So as you all predicted, I got scratched be that girl and oh my, it is kind of deep-- the wound that she caused me. The when I fell into the ground, it was really scary. I could see all the feet trying to maintain balance and I just covered myself using my arms for protecting. Then thankfully, KwonMin-Ah helped me to stand up and started to sh*t talk all the damned fans.

Don't get us wrong, but it was just really annoying of them. Just because of what they did, they caused stampede that hurt a number of fans, including us, and also because of that, Alexander’s appearance was cancelled. Of course, his safety is the priority.

So we just both gave up and left the scene. The guards even tried preventing us from exiting but we just badly vented our anger and shouted at them. After that, I wasn't able to take it anymore and burst into tears. It was just too much for me to handle. Getting scratched, pushed, and stomped on was really traumatic for me. I was sobbing while trembling because of fright in the car on the way home.

Yep, they say Filipino kpop fans are the most disciplined-- but I beg to differ. If just a look-a-like could make them so wild, what more if it is the real person? Lesson learned: Be careful of too much crowded places and always have someone to be with you. If KwonMin-Ah wasn't there with me a while ago, we both loss our parents because of the stampede, I think I wouldn't really take it.

So you're asking what happened to me after? Well, aside from the minor wounds the girl gave me, I also got a few wounds in my legs and my eyes are still so red until now because of crying. Not to forget, I think I am still not emotionally stable since whenever I would think of what I happened, I would cry.

On the not so bright side, at least I got the newly released Sparkling Magazine issue featuring JYJ & CN Blue! <3333 The only good thing that happened for me today.

Omg. good thing I went out earlier. I got in because we performed in the collab contest and after the perf we went out and cant get in because of the crowd. I feel bad to those who prepared and put so much effort for the event. Half of the collab groups and also the k-idol contest was not able to perform. And those fans who got hurt. Aigoo. just because of one person. :(

Omg.Nielle unnie? If you're referring to the author of "That's Life" She's my bestfriend and school mate. I apologize on her behalf. So sorry for that. And in behalf of the filipino kpop fans, I beg for your consideration. This is one of the reasons why i dont attend kpop events tht are very accessible. There will be crowding as predicted. Honestly, I think there is a deeper difference within the fil kpop fans. Those who attend concerts are disciplined than those who just attend the kfest. Idk why but i've kind of observed that distinct difference between them. :/ Please dont get the impression of filipino fans being wild. And that who scratched you, well... there are es everywhere my friend. I just hope they'll realize they are for a better change. If not, then let's just hope yet again that they'll get slapped on the face with a chair made of concrete steel by hulk on adrenaline rush to realize they are. Try attending one of the concerts and you'll know what im trying to say. I am not in the place to testify to the behavior of filipinos during concerts since i havent attended any kpop concert yet. My parents are strict. Very. I could share my older sister's experience on Still Alive concert though. She attended the BIGBANG concert and it was awesome and peaceful she said. And DKFC was generally peaceful too according to my friends who attended ^^ I think the two best things you could do on events similar to kfest is either attending with much preparedness and precaution (i imagine a military gear RLAB.) or dont attend at all. And Omg. The lastest sparkling issue featuring JYJ is daebak. I so want to fly to korea and shop for albums and merchs ♥ ᄏᄏᄏ ᄋᄉ ᄋ.
