PERSONALITY:

Ming Yao, also known as Mingy, is a bright and sunny girls who knows now evil in the world. She likes thinking positive
and can always make a joke out of a situation. But the thing is, she is TOO bright to the point she is easly used by other
people. She doesn't know when she is being used or not and always thinks of it as love.

Mingy is also a romance-lover. She easily falls in love in the first sign of someone having a crush on her. In turn, she
acts cutesy around the people she THINKS has a crush on her and more cutesy to the person she really has a crush on.
She always think life is a love story and she's the lead character who will soon find her prince charming. She has lots of
dreams and she has every detail of her love life to the point. She expects her love life to go the way she wants to.

Mingy isn't used to being bashed or being hated because her family protected her too much from those kind. She was homeschooled
and only stopped when she is in first year of high school. She has a different and weird view in life making her opinions sound

BACKGROUND ON THE CHARACTER:

Xia Ming Yao was born to a teenage mom. Her dad left as soon as he found out her mom was pregnant making her mom, only a
teenager, having full responsibility over her. At first, Ming Yao believed in the lie her mom kept on feeding her. That her
dad works in the army, and can't come back because he has to take care of the country. But then, Ming Yao soon found out this
was a lie when she met her best friend, Zhu Zhulli. Zhulli's dad was part of the army. Zhulli explained that even an army man
can visit his family from time to time. At first, Ming Yao was in utter denail. She label her best friend a lair and kept her
distance. Ming Yao's mother felt sorry and came out with the truth. At first, Ming Yao couldn't stop crying, then she made her
first goal. To make her dad proud of her enough to come out from his hiding place and introduce himself to her.

Ming Yao's dream to become a singer happened when a not so famous Chinese singer visited their school to talk about the subject
"don't stop dreaming,". Ming Yao was so utterly isnpired by this singers story that she decided to walk that singers path. At
first, she kept on telling everyone that she will be discovered without her working for anything, but this belief soon
disappeared to nothing. Ming Yao soon started taking professional voice lessons with the money she earned by working part time
in a convincience store as a clerk. Soon she took in english lessons with the money she earned by deliviring newspapers to
homes. Then she posted youtube videos of her singing english love songs. She found out about the audition when a commenter
on youtube told her about it.

Kim Seung-gi and Mingy met when Mingy fell asleep on a park bench when she got lost is Seoul city looking for Jaeni's apartment in downtown Seoul. Seung-gi offered to drive Mingy around downtown so she could figure out where her Aunt Jaeni live.

They broke up because Kim Seung-gi feels like he was just playing with Mingy so he decided to break it up before Mingy can get more hurt. But Mingy, being the sun shine she is, bade Kim Seung-gi with a good bye wave. Seung-gi and Mingy are still friends, no awkward there.
