Personality:
Ma. SeonHee Kim is basically a happy person. She is weird and loves doing random things. She is very sarcastic, but sadly, she at being sarcastic. She's a romantic at heart. She loves watching kdramas and spazzes weirdly whenever she watches romance movies. She's irritable, but she rarely gets mad; like she's mad at you for one minute and the next thing you know, she's all buddy-buddy with you. She's pretty straight forward when she answers. A one-question-one-answer type of person so it's pretty hard to get anything out of her as long as you're asking the wrong questions.
Being a Virgo, she's a perfectionist at heart. She's pretty hard on herself whenever she knows that she did something wrong. Marnie tends to overthink situations leading her to panic more than the other girls will. Her memory is pretty sharp so it's hard to get away with breaking a promise or a deal with her.
Background:
If you're a local of Mindanao, the islang Cotobato is in, you would know that the people living in Cotobato are though and brave. Especially Marnie's family. Marnie's mother side of the family is an army family, with all the men in their family either in the army or ex-army men. Marnie's mom met Marnie's dad when the family visited a Korean army camp in the borders of SK and NK. Because of the fact that Marnie's dad was a Korean soldier, Marnie grew up without a dad. But she didn't turn out bitter because of this. Just because she isn't living in the same country as her dad, that didn't mean she couldn't spend time with her dad via the internet. Marnie's mom and dad had a great relationship. Aside from the rare fights, nothing seemed wrong.
Even though Marnie's immediate family is close and well, sadly, she can't say the same thing for her extended family. Marnie's mom and her uncle aren't really having the smoothes relationship. With her uncle jealous about Marnie's mom getting the bigger share of the inheritance from Marnie's grandparents, her mom and her uncle were always on a constant arguement. It reached to the point that her mom and her uncle never spoke to each other anymore. Becuase of this, Marnie has never met her uncle nor her cousins.

How Do You Get Into SM?: Marnie auditioned for SM when she visted Korea alone for her 18th birthday. She really wasn't planning to audition; it was more of a spur of the moment thing.
Trainee Life:
The first year of Marnie's trainee years was hard. The competition to get a sure debut date was fierce so it was hard for her to make any friends from the other trainess. And considering she wasn't from Korea, she had no outside friends. So for the first whole year of being a trainee, all she had was herself, some girls in the entertainment that was friendly enough and her cellphone to contact her Pilipino friends.
After her horrible first year, the second year became easier. Her Korean improved tenfold so she could easily communicate more with the other trainess. Though, she wasn't the most popular trainee, Marnie was fairly respected as a good rapper and decent dancer.
