Worth your while
Just the other day, I chanced upon a blog written by a male AFFer. He was asking his "friends" to "please post something relevant". I bet he is new here and was having a shock in his life with the number of times in a day girls post blogs having topics that to him are not worth posting. I wanted to ask what kind of blogs he wanted to read but I kinda figured out what he doesn't want to read just by checking his friends' blog posts. This morning I encountered a female AFFer sharing the same sentiment.
And then just now, another user asked what we consider a worthwhile blog post - what post is worth our time or what we consider to have value/importance.
I have written about this before and the Keeper of May 5, 2012 said,
Blogs. It has no form or structure. It is mostly informal and personal. It is where you could hear the voice of the blogger the loudest because it is his/her thoughts and emotions you are reading. Its importance lies on the intention of the blogger. But its relevance differs among readers.
AFF is not really a blog site so I can't really share with you the etiquette of blogging since this space is more like a personal diary. If you search on these guidelines, you would see that we have to respect our readers/followers by not spamming them with tags (surveys), chain messages, contents from tumblr, advertisements, etc. While I do agree that spam posts are... yeah... spam.... I won't impose this on anyone. There is a subscribe blog button, use it. LOL.
I do prefer personal reflections, experiences and opinion posts, though. Kpop news and album reviews are interesting for me as well. I am drawn to "Help me" blog posts and those that ask questions because... I am a helpful person.

No seriously, if I can do something about it, I will help you - as long as you are not lazy to do it on your own so you ask others to do it for you.
Here are the keys to writing blog posts
