Some says that starting tomorrow, MAMA will be HISTORY. It would be WOLF era, and the song we heard for thirteen months now would give way to a new song, a new beat, a new choregraphy.

But.

I don’t agree.

Starting tomorrow, I will listen to MAMA every day, as I did for the past thirteen months. I’ll continue to wake up with KyungSoo singing What is Love; I’ll continue to shake my pants listening to History. Every day, I’ll scary my cat shouting “ANIYAAAA” and laughing “Shoot anonymous”.

Because in my mind, EXO will be forever gathered with MAMA. No matter if Wolf is different from it, or not. MAMA is not the first Kpop song I heard, but it had arrived as a bomb, in my life. I was grewing tired of hearing all the same old songs, listening to new groups that just look like the new groups I listened to before. MAMA is the song which had reminded me why I loved Kpop, and which made me love it even more.

I cried the first time I saw MAMA. There was no reason to it, but I burst into tears in front of my computer. I still don’t know really why I reacted like this. In six minutes and fourteen seconds, MAMA gave me all the things I missed, at this time. Strength, will, courage, joy, love, energy, new. I was overwhelmed. 

And now that I know the lyrics by hearts, though I never saw the romanization, it still overwhelm me. Every time I listen to this song —and only god knows how many times I did—, I remember this sensation. I can feel it. When I listen to this song, I know why I love Kpop. I know why I love music.

So, yeah, this night, I won’t able to sleep. I will be constantly spazzing, checking my phone for every half-second, annoying my non-Kpop friends, being over-excited non-stop. When Wolf will be released, I’ll scream louder than I never did, I’ll run around my house fangirling, and I’ll replay it a zillions of times.

But I won’t forget MAMA. When I’ll be calmer —which certainly will take a lot of time, I’ll listen to MAMA. And so I will tomorrow. And the day after. I won’t stop to love it, or listen to it less. It will still overwhelm me; every day, until the next comeback, and even after.

~Personally, for me, seeing MAMA era leave makes me feel upset.

   I’m not entirely sure why, but I compare it to meeting someone that you don’t generally like at first, then they grow on you but then comes that day that they have to leave.

It feels like that…~

Okay ,Now I'm going to watch MAMA MV again before the Wolf Era begins.This time I won't skip the narration part.It's almost the end of MAMA era and I’ve decided to watch all the MVs, teasers and the showcase to bring the memories it’s worth to remember TT_TT
