I wear makeup most of the time cause I have to get up super early everyday and with nothing on my face, I will look exhausted all day. I don't see a problem with wanting to accentuate your natural beauty with makeup . The main problem with it is that a lot of people don't know how to apply it properly so they come out of the washroom looking like circus clowns haha. I only wear BIGBANG cream, eyeliner, mascara (pretty eyeshadow on special occasions) and lip gloss. Makeup is meant to draw attention to your natural beauty, not hide your ugly

LOL, I don't get it either. Honestly I only wear makeup when I wanna wear it and am not to lazy, preoccupied, bored, sleepy to do it.

if you're going to work, it's advisable to wear simple professional make up. Cant be too heavy. Dont give your face to other ppl, especially in professional line.
But other than that pamper your face to not wear any make up day. Every day make up might ruin yr skin. Like seriously. hehe. hope that helps...

Wearing it every day does seem a little excessive. I value my sleep, aint gonna risk fifteen mintes of my sleep time to lather crap on my face. Its uncomfortable and I end up rubbing it all away. I have no self control

Thats the same with me, i dont usually wear makeup, but latley ive been putting on eyeliner, everyones like "ohhhh youre so pretty" and i'm like "So i was ugly before?" but anyway, people definatly notice it.

I would usually say in this position I'm too young for makeup but most people my age cake it on anyway. So.

I almost never wear make up these days, so I hear ya!!! My philosophy is that you should wear makeup on special occasions and not loads of the damn thing, just little touches to accentuate your natural beauty!!! ^^

I think I wore more makeup when I was really young than in all my young adult life, and that was because I was doing dance shows (I bet you didn't know that XDD). Since then, the few times I wore some makeup, my friends would tell me that my eyes were poping out like mad (light green/blue with black eyeliner, no wonder why XD). I would wear makeup because of a costume. I think once I put some on to go out with a hat and my friend told me I was beautiful...

Other than that, I don't wear any because I think if people thinks I'm pretty without makeup, then how beautiful I would be with.

I always end up not being able to take it off completely, so I get stuck with eyeliner for days XDD

Like me... when i put make-up on one day because we had a concert... People were like... "OMG!!! YOU LOOK EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL!!!" (I dont think i'm pretty though XD) ANd the next day,, i went to school and my Friend was like.. "You look so different!" And in my head i was like.... I ONLY WORE MAKEUP FOR 1 DAY! i dont even like make-up... It makes me feel fake...

I wear sometimes just a little mascara and eyeliner. Make-up isn't meant to cover ugly. It just enhances the beauty of the person. Something about mascara and eyeliner can really add more appeal to the eyes. In South Korea, I know they use a glue to pull skin away from their eyes because there's more appeal when someone has bigger eyes.

The people who try to use make-up because it covers ugly...generally are still ugly. :/

I never tried makeup, it seems like a way too big of a hassle, plus I'm kinda lazy. Maybe something real simple like concealer and eye-liner.

Well for someone like me with really bad skin (Aish teenage acne why), foundation or concealer is kinda nice... although I don't wear any of them usual because 1) IDK which ones will break me out and 2) I usually break out because I don't get enough sleep, so it's a bit counterintuitive to get up 15 minutes earlier to cover up the acne I get for getting up earlier...did that make sense? XD
As for eyes, I only put on eyeliner or something if I do put it on because let's face it, eye makeup is complicated, and I can't put on lip products besides lip balm because I play flute >.< And my cheeks are naturally pink if I don't put on makeup so -shrugs-
But yeah, so true, I mean, you want people who know you to not be scared by your bare face! I was watching this makeup tutorial and the before girl had some freckles, obviously imperfect, and she looked really nice/innocent, but the after was like "WHOAH!" Like she looked so intimidating and made up I would be scared to talk to her >.<
Not that I think if you put on makeup, you're a bad person. My drum major is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, and she's so inspiring, but when we had to share a room for a band trip, she would always be the last one out because she took FOREVER with her eye makeup. And honestly, I had NEVER NOTICED until I saw her put it on.
But you're totally right that when you do put on makeup, people notice. I once put on eyeliner for the heck of it and all the upperclassmen noticed and was like "AWW YOU'RE GROWING UP!" But I never really put it on after that because allergy season started >.<
I would totally say a lot more but I think I'm going to go over the limit soon so yeah :3

Haha, I wear makeup... but just minimal. I used to wear a lot thinking that everyone will think i'm pretty if I do... and the response was, a lot more people began staring at me and noticing me... but not for my makeup xD but for embarrassing things...
