It's been a year now since EXO debuted.

At first I wasn't reall into rookie group that time, coz I thought that almost all rookies that time were all forced to debut, -you know, just for their company to earn money- .

I was done with rookies that time, even though my friend always bug me to go watch some (AOA, BAP, BtoB, many more.) but most of them told me about EXO..EXO..well, I actually was aware about SM Town's newest group, but the moment I heard that there's going to be 12 members, the first thing I thought, "Super Junior copy cat" 

Then I was done. Well, I thought I was done.

Then their teasers, were released, and then I cringe, I mean 23 teasers? That time I was like, What is this? Special treatment much? So I didn't even bother to listen to them, and I didn't have any plans on listening to them.

Well, I thought so.

Then, I accidentally bump into a video;

Chen..The first member of EXO I was introduced too by accidentally clicking on this video while surfing on twitter.

I was about to click the 'x' button when the video was added on my screen tab, and since now, I was thankful to myself for not clicking that 'x' button.

Why? 

Coz the moment the video started -put in mind, I was still on my twitter tab, and didn't bother going on that tab- I heard that voice. I'm like, 'Who is this guy? What group?' then it turned out to be Chen, EXO member, from the sub unit EXO-M, main vocal. 

Then, after watching that video, I told to myself, 'okay, not bad, at least they are not a group with just pretty faces.'

So, then after that, weeks later, I came across, Kris and Chanyeol rapping;

And you know what, that video, was the one who slap my face, 'EXO is a TRUE group'

With Chen and Luhan singing, I admitted their more than pretty faces.

Then, Kai and Lay dancing, just made me go 'wow' (I mean duh, a rookie group with swag like that havve a great future in KPOP world)

Then, KRIS rapping in english fluently. I mean fluently .! 

So guess what? I was stupid when I thought EXO was one of those rookie who debuted because their pretty. Yet, I was wrong. 

EXO, they are more than that (Oh how many time did I tell this?)

Since then, I started looking after EXO, watching their live -ehem- performances, sometimes I still doubt them, specially when they did live in one of the music shows. But, as they get used to the stage, they just bloom and eat up the stage -specially Kai-.

Their interviews, -those awkward ones where there are moments of long awkward silent-. 

I came to like EXO, their stories, and oh how can I forgot, the ships. -ehem Taoris-.

As times pass, I become a fan, geting hurt on people who trah talk about them, who despise a member, who insult them, who judge them, and -getting really anxious about the comeback-. 

To all the hurtful stuff I heard about EXO, there's one specific issue that made me teared:

Ever notice on how some fans only chanted Luhan's name when he and Chen is performing 'What is love'? 

Ever notice on how everytime EXO-M perform in 100 fan signs 2 to 4 of those are either Xiumin or Chen -then that's it.

Ever read that comment of a fan saying that Chen and Xiumin should leave EXO-M because their stupid for not understanding Mandarin?

Ever saw that performance where Chen hit the high note of 'What is Love', yet fans chanted loudly for Luhan?

Yes, that's what made me teared up, Chen and Xiumin, their Korean who is part of the sub unit of EXO that is active in China, Do you know how hard it is for them to sing a song that is not their first language? But still they try their best to satisfy the fans, yet majority of fans couldn't come to appreciate it. 

Chen and Xiumin, their awesome, their talented, their the best for agreeing to be a member of EXO-M even though they know they'll have to make big adjustment..Why? Because, they know that EXO-M is not EXO-M without them..

Without 

Xiumin who would be our baozi?

Chen who would hit those high notes

Lay who will be our dancing machine

Tao who would give us that adorable 'buing buing~' 

 Luhan who will be our Xiou Lu

 Kris who will be our mighty Duizhang

Suho who will be EXO's gurdian

Chanyeol who will be the creeper 

Sehun who will say the 'Turn Back'

Baekhyun who will serenade us

D.O whoi will be the Omma

Kai who will be EXO's y charisma

By Now, I'm still watching over them, and I can say that I am for sure is no doubt an EXOtic. (although it's not the official fandom)
