Idea's for Improvement! 2013 Exo Fanfic Awards

So a few people have shown interest in improving the 2012 awards. We are taking into account every sincere suggestion! However, to make 2013 even better, we would like for you guys to leave your ideas for improvement here so we can know exactly what will make these award even better for the supporter's of these awards!

hihi! ^^ so thank you all for your great work on the fic masterlist! however, i think it would be a lot easier to sort through for deciding on what stories to vote for if the fics were categorized by nomination category instead of alphabetically ;;

Judges' stories should not be allowed for nominations.

Authors are not allowed to nominate themselves. Nominations should be made by other users. If caught creating another account, to nominate oneself, they are illegible to join.

I like organization and so my suggestion is something so simple.

To prevent readers from nominating the same fic or person in the same category, titles and their links should be posted in a nominations list chappy. This can be done in a week or twice a week. This way, the readers/subscribers also know which categories need more nominations. Another thing, before posting a nomination in the list, it should have passed the initial screening criteria (e.g. Created in 2013, not in hiatus, has been updated etc.) making it easier for the judges during the review process.

It would be great if more users participate. So let us continue advertising.

I hope the 2012 awards would be a success in generating a master list of quality fics so that promoting the 2013 awards would be a lot easier, hehe.

i think maybe this point shouldn't be a factor on deciding if a story qualifies or not because it is very realistic for a story to have both angst and fluff in a story, or comedy and tragedy, etc. just because there are conflicting genres in a story doesn't make it /wrong/ or something like that in any way. just my opinion ^^ thank you for considering!~
