Personality:  Tomboy, mainly due to being raised in place of her brother. Only a few know her real gender, though its not like its a big secret. It's just easier to move around with people thinking she was a guy sometimes. Acts like a quiet person for the general public. However she isn't afraid to speak her mind and can be quite outspoken when worked up. Secretive. Sarcastic and strong willed. Cool headed, rational thinker. Not only is she quick on her feet, she works great under pressure. Her mind is in constant motion.

Even though she can hold her own in a fight she's normally not the first to pick one. Though she does love a good debate. Not an attention seeker. Stands up for what she believes in. Not a leader but is able and willing to take charge in any situation if need be. Cat like (think Cheshire.) 

Background: Ever wonder why the government refuses to do more than just watch? With parents missing and her brother found dead, her 'uncle' from the Sovereign family took her in and raised her as her brother. Raising her as a boy was more of a precaussion than anything else. Her parents had been close friends of his and he couldn't stand to lose the last member of their family. She was given the best schooling a girl her age could ask for. As she grew she moved on to having her own buisness as a cartographer which could have easily been a front for the syndicate. However she doesn't work for them, she has made that perfectly clear. Though she'll give them a hand now and then. And of course her uncle taught her how to fight; bare handed and with a weapon. Should something happen he couldn't just leave his 'neice' alone in the world defenceless.
