PERSONALITY: 

An easy going tomboy. Not much gets to her but you mess with her friends/members watch out for some serious backlash. It's not hard for someone who loves pranks to think up something for payback. In the public eye she tends to be calm, laid back and quiet at times. Though its not because she's shy, she's just a thinker and will speak up if she thinks she has something to contribute at interveiws or other events. Though she does tend to show her playful side during performances. It's mostly off camera when she's with group members or friends that she gets a bit more talkative and seems outgoing. She can't stand it when anyone feels down and will do just about anything to cheer them up. She loves pulling pranks and goofing around with the other members totally not acting her age.

She would much rather follow than lead but if the situation calls for it she's able to step up and take control. She doesn't mind lending her shoulder to lean on or a listening ear. And doesn't mind giving advice. But won't give it unless she's asked for it. She understands how annoying unwanted avice can be at times. Even though she likes helping others, she doesn't like bothering them when shes the one who's upset. And will keep to herself or go off on her own, finding an empty room or a roof top to dance out her anxieties and stress. Usually she takes things in strides. And its hard to tell when she's angry her only tell being her eyes. It takes a lot but when she finally reaches her boiling point if proded enough she'll explode into a rant unthinkingly switching from Korean to English and back.

BACKGROUND: 

Born in Vermont. Lived there until the age of 5 when they moved back to South Korea. Her Parents had decided that they wanted to raise her in Korea instead of the States. Also that way she'd get to know the family on her dad's side. Occasionally went back to visit mom's family for holidays throughout the years. Started dancing at the age of 10 and picked up the guitar at 13. Mostly self taught on the guitar.Her older cousins were the ones who introduced her to dance and even encouraged her to enter contest. She's the youngest of her cousins in Korea. She got along well with most everyone at school. Mostly hung out with the guys after classes playing soccer. She's an only child and her parents believed in freedom of expression. Hence not forcing her to be a 'proper' girl. Parents own and run a book store cafe. Mom more so takes care of the cafe half while dad oversees the books. She helps her parents at the shop whenever she has free time. Other times she'll sit at the cafe or find a nook in the book store to work on her homework.

TRAINEE LIFE: Pledis is the only company she had been a trainee of. Trainee life was similar to school life. Andi got on well with most everyone. Dance lessons/practice was her favorite time.She turned out to be one of the top dancers in the trainee group. She would help other trainees with steps if they didn't quite get them. She excelled in rapping. She didn't think that her singing voice was where it should've been so she focused on improving it so that she was up to par with the other trainees. She's not one of the best or top singers but she's satisfied with her voice and it's good enough for the company. During down time if she wasn't working on homework,new dance steps,or reading, she would work on composing. She is also known to sneak into one of the recording studios and play around with mixing new sounds every now and then.  She did some modeling. And was able to be a back up dancer for Son Dam Bi and Orange Caramel. Despite being quiet at times herself, if there was another trainee who seemed like they were being left out she would either encourage others to go to them or try to include them in things herself. Of all the artists in the company she is closest to Hello Venus and Nu'est.
