✷SWIM

Today, I had a morning practice.

It was terrible.

Before I tell you guys what happened, here is how our swim team groups are divided.

*Normal age for the group

Bronze I : 6yrs~7yrs (200 yds each practice)

Bronze II : 8yrs~9yrs (400 yds each practice)

Silver : 9yrs~11yrs (1000 yds each practice)

Gold : 12yrs~13yrs (1800 yds each practice)

Junior : 12yrs~15yrs (2500 yds each practice)

Pre-Senior : 14yrs~16yrs (3500 yds each practice)

Senior : 15yrs~18yrs (7000 yds each practice)

High Performance : Level Where You Can Join The Olympics. (Currently, our team has Josh Prenot who went to the Olympic Trials)

So, now that you know our groups, let me tell you what happened.

My coach was absent today. She is sick so my group, the junior group, practiced with the presenior group.

Presenior coach thought it would be funny if he made the junior groups do hard sets with the preseniors.

Sets... That are hard for preseniors.

Juniors doing the same sets..

WHAT

THE

HELL.

I'm the second fastest from my group and I DIED.

My WHOLE BODY WAS JUST NUMB AND SORE.

He made us do 9 100yd freestyle in 1:00.

HAH!

My 100yd free time is 1:09:56. THAT WAS AT A SWIM MEET WHEN I WAS SPRINTING THE WHOLE DAMN TIME.

and really?

Damn

NINE

OF

THEM?!

It was same thing as a death sentence.

HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO THAT?!

I just shut my mouth and didn't even make the interval so by the time we were done with the 9 100yd free, I basically swam 900yd free. Like wtf.

After that, he was like, "Let's see how many laps you can make in 30 minutes straight when you swim fast without stopping."

WHAT

THE

HELL.

He made me swim 900 yd free FOR WARM UP and now he wants me to swim for 30 minutes straight FAST without stopping?

Oh, I wanted to slap him so badly. I CAN'T SWIM FOR 30 MINUTES STRAIGHT. Last time I swam a mile, it was 23:08:66... I almost drowned...

Now he wants me to swim 7 more minutes ... :( So more than a mile.

Well I kind of thought this would be a good chance to lose weight... So I decided to swim.

He divided us into two groups. I was in the first group... :( Sadly.

First 10 minutes, I was dying. My were bad, my arms were super loose, legs getting cramps....

By the time I was half way done, I couldn't feel my own body.

My whole body was sore from the start, and I couldn't breathe well, and I literally thought 'This is how I'm going to die'.

Then 20 minutes passed, I felt my body moving on it's own, in a same pace. Omg I was so thankful. 25 minutes passed, I started sprinting.

28 minutes, I sprinted with all I had.

DENG.

30minutes. I swam 80 something laps... more than a mile for sure .... I basically swam from the pool to my house.

I was so happy.

Then the second group was like "This looks so easy! I'm gonna do this!!!!"

Yeah, right.

I laughed in my mind while I saw them dive in.

'Time for you guys to die too.'

Lol.

They died more than me.

Shame on the preseniors.

They did less than me and were dying. One threw up, one stopped in the middle, two couldn't even get out of the pool.

Wow. They couldn't even do as much as someone from a lower group....

Tsk Tsk Tsk.

Except for one girl, she swam 98 laps.

Dayum.

Hahaha

So yeah.

If something interesting happens, I'll update again.

Haha the second group! :P
I also am in a swimming team, but my stamina is so LOW... But yeah I'm not THAT bad... (I think!)
So yup, I perfectly understand you! And I hope my teacher will never get sick so another teacher has the idea to make us do things too hard for us! O.o
But wow, you look really good! I would never be able to swim 30 minutes in a row sprinting....
