Title:

I was thinking something like... "Are You Afraid?" "Fill the Space" or something.

Premise:

So in the forward, it’d be the guy confronting the girl on how she feels, why she’s afraid to get close to him. He asks if it’s because she’s afraid of filling the hole her father left in her heart. She doesn’t know how to answer.

IDEA: Father left when she was young, she watched him go even though she didn’t know and now she has an empty space in her heart [ which you should emphasize because that’s the theme xD ] and when she’s with this guy she likes and likes her but they’re not intimate or open about it, he confronts her and asks her why she won’t admit or anything.

Part 1

It’s her watching her father leaving in the middle of the night as a child

Just leaving without saying anything and whatnot. Then it goes to describe the void now in her heart.

It shows how she won’t get close to anyone because she’s afraid, due to the space

Then she meets the other main character, the guy.

After they fall for each other, he confronts her on her lack of intimacy. So pretty much the premise finished until she finally admits she was afraid because of her father and etc. etc.

So really, just focus on the empty space in the heart and how she grows to realize what it is.

Yay for lots of emotional turmoil.
