A day never passes without her, reading a book. She loves books and gadgets, especially her tablet. On TV, everyone sees her as a pretty girl that always makes people giggle and smile in a cute way, but in the real world, she's a real quiet geek that's why most people often mistaken her as a cold person.She's only making noise when she's around her friends and family. She became a trainee for 4 years. On her 2nd year of being a trainee, she was already trusted by SM's president, Lee SooMan. He always give her a task, such as investigating on some conflicts within her co-trainees, spying on some trainees and some other things. Through the tasks that Lee SooMan gives her, she makes friends through it. She became bestfriends with Choi Minho and Jessica Jung through one of the tasks given to her by Lee SooMan. She seems annoying to some trainees since they thought she's some kind of a stalker.
She experienced much bullying among the trainee fans of SNSD's Yoona because she had some conflicts between her and Yoona because people usually compares them with each other and Yoona had the idea of having a showdown with her and in the end Jung minil won. After winning against Yoona, some trainees started to bully her physically but she just get through it by giving them her ice-cold death glare. She feels that something was missing in her life and she thinks that being an idol is one step to have it but she's not sure what's the missing part of hers.
