Personality:  At first glance, Nam Joo seems like a quiet and reserved girl but no. Nam Joo is completely the opposite. This girl is loud and hot tempered. Dislikes it when disturbed. How you became a trainee?: Before becoming a Stardom trainee and TS trainee, Nam Joo actually auditioned for Pledis, T.O.P and WM but failed. She then auditioned for Stardom and luckily, passed. Unfortunately, after 2 years of hard work, she was kicked out. Devastated, Nam Joo was on the verge on giving up. She told JongUp about her failures and how she wanted to give up after all those hard works. After listening to her, JongUp suggest Nam Joo audition for  TS. Nam Joo did but failed the first 2 auditions. She successfully passed the 3rd audition and finally gets a chance to debut after training for 1 year. 

Trainee Life: If Nam Joo said that trainee life was easy, she'd be lying. Trainee life was very, very hard. Nam Joo had to wake up at 5 AM and go to bed at 12 AM. Approximately 5 hours of sleep. While she was training, she had to go through intensive training. Because of her personality, Nam Joo had to go for extra classes. Classes to help you develop a good character.
