Can someone please explain to me why people come together for the sole purpose of hating, mocking, and wishing horrible things of a certain person or group?

Just, why?

Seriously, what's the point of doing all that? Is there a point? An actual, logical, beneficial point?

Because the way I see it, you get no benefits out of hating on someone else. Sure, you might feel a bit better about yourself, but, like Tablo said, "Robbing someone of their smile and putting it on your face doesn't make you happy."

Ultimately, hating does not lead to anything good. It just leads to more hate and negative things.

Do antis somehow think that what they do will create positivity?

Well, they ought to learn that it won't, and what they are doing is wrong.

The majority of the time, the things idols get hated on for don't directly effect fans. Fans almost always blow it up and make it seem way bigger and more horrible than it actually is.

So, again, can anyone explain to me why antis do what they do?
